dont think it was intentionally cut - they added eps and extended it but he already had obligations and couldn't…
Not just the sudden death of the character, it's how they treat him after that like completely forgetting as if he never existed in the first place, that pissed me off more.
I dropped this drama the first two times after 15 minutes into the first episode. I chose to watch it primarily because I love fantasy and the plot seemed interesting. But I didn't have conviction in Taiwanese Dramas’ ableness to complete it without making it boring or sluggish. No offense! T-dramas have come a long way down from being one of the better quarters of Asian Drama. They used to have interesting scripts, some of which are still replicated in other languages, and organic direction and cinematography. The first 15 minutes were not enough drawing for me. But this time I watched it while waiting for another drama to finish. So, I held off my urge to drop after 15 minutes and decided to go through it notwithstanding. I am glad that I did.
I don’t know after how long I have been this satisfied with a T-drama. The storytelling delivers on the interesting plot without being messy. The show doesn’t lose its momentum even once throughout. The mystery was intact until the episode it decided to hint at it. The fantasy element was woven into the story to efficacy. The love-story was also transpiring along the way of the mystery. Everything was aptly blended together. I have two sorta sand-grains in my eyes though. First one is how the girl’s character is written. I mean in a profession like hers lack of grey cells can get her sued or fired or killed each time she goes on the field. The second was at the end and I am trying to not spoil something for once.
The whole cast was new to me. I liked everyone's acting. The ml looks like Jo Jong Suk a lot. The fl is beautiful with those big, can’t determine the color, eyes and beautiful smile with tiny dimples in the lower corners of the lips. I don’t see many with dimples in such a place. The chemistry of the leads was so gooey. Another chemistry I liked, which was not meant for romance, was… I guess anyone can see if they watch. Their chemistry was hot hot hot! That man can kiss and how! Even the pining was pretty steamy!
I watched 2 episodes. I love Jung Hae In so freaking much! But I don't know if I can go on with the cheating element. It's really frustrating how I am unable to watch his dramas since he started as a main lead because of the uneasy (for me) plots. I couldn't finish SIR either.
I think they should have kept it to 16 episodes. The chemistry of Jin Goo and Min Ah is absolutely amazing in spite of the kisses. I think this is the best chemistry after he started leading roles. The story is just not keeping up. It's too lackluster. I am on episode 11 and already bored.
I really really really hope and pray that this one does amazingly in ratings and popularity, unlike Absolute Boyfriend. Jin Goo needs shows as per his talent.

The ending was well tied up to my satisfaction.
