I guess the translator took the liberty to give us what they think we should hear/read with the dialogues. Usually, non-literal translation happens when they try to make it universally understood, culturally, like translating noona or oppa as the character names, but here this feels like: let me change the dialogues in the script a bit cos I think this suits the story better. lol.

I am on episode 2, and this has been happening quite a lot. I don't understand Korean, hence the need for subs, but after watching kdramas for 150 years I can figure out some words in their context. So, it feels a bit weird here.

And before I forget, which'll be soo soo unfair, I just wanna say Smart is such an amazing actor. so spontaneous. I had seen him in Don't Say No but totally forgot, he was this good in that too. He plays a naughty, lovestruck pookie in this one so effortlessly. Mentioning him bc I;ve only been swooning over Boom's beauty and acting. Doen't mean I don't see how good Smart is.

So, this is just my feeling: BL will do for Thailand what Kpop did for Korea. Or has it already happened, and I am late to the party, again!! Sorry, I am not on socials.

And it's a wrap! Loved how it ended. This can be a 3 season show given how it intros and resolves conflicts. And if they give me this cast and a satisfactory closure in each season, I can happily wait for the following seasons. Asian shows should never underestimate surprise cancellations and things just not working out for the longest time or ever for a next season. Don't ever be Joy of Life. That b8tch.

Ok. so chemistry, acting, beauty, are all subjective. so this is just my feelings. Epi 1: Mark telling Tong how Tong's blood is practically vampire Ozempic while sexily running his eyes and finger on tong's face and neck and ear and my face too dry to blush yet getting flushed.
