Yeah I mentioned about completed ones, the novel is way too long to ever have a satisfying drama ending. BTW there are a ton of cdramas that have good/completed endings. I'm just talking mainly about these new ones adapted from these web novels that are thousands of chapters long.
Sooo...was anybody else bothered by those ridiculous cuts and editing in this drama? I was watching episode 25…
Yeah the editing is disgusting, however the story isn't too bad (music is not bad either, the actors are young, but at least they aren't cringe). They cramp a lot in these episodes. BTW, the first 10 episodes are really hard to swallow, but you get used to the editing and dialogue. It's actually not bad. (I'm at episode 25)
I'm thinking of stopping this due to the ending. It isn't bad, but I think I'm going to stay away from these dramas that come from web novels that are ongoing or if they are completed, they have too much going on that a drama will leave you confused or unsatisfied. You never know if the drama will have an ending. TBH, I don't even care about another season, it's a good ride if you are starving to learn about another fantasy world.
I liked her part in Wandering Earth. She has a drama coming out The Blessed Girl, looks like it could be good. I didn't realize she was young, I wish her a good career. Oh and that profile pic shouts zoomer.
Why is this drama so slow? When does it pick up? The first 10 episodes are way too dialogue-heavy and the plot…
At first watch, I thought it was better than EL (TMOPB), but after rewatching both, I find that there is a lot of dialogue and music montages compared to EL. It's still one of the best though. (IMHO)
please please, explain this drama series how the story ends ... ??
I remember it being a good ending, but a cop out. Something like the SFL and the ML get married , then divorced, then FL and ML meet each other again and it ends on that note (all in the last episode).
This takes me back. I'll reply to arni below about the ending. This was good enough to watch back in the day, but not now. Cheryl had some funny moments.
As many have said, this story is well written. It isn't too sad (so that you don't care about the ending) or too happy (where it would be unrealistic), it was just right. Happy ending for the main couple.
Eternal Love and Love and Destiny are my favorites. I thought I liked ELD, however I can't rewatch it like the other two. ELD gets boring and drags. Maybe it's because the former two have more fantasy and the earth realm arcs are shorter and more interesting. I'm going to check out Ashes of Love, see how that holds up.
The novel was so good. Love being able to associate a character to a face, but you're so right. Storyline was…
I'm reading the novel and I attempted to watch this, but I can only understand 50% of what they say and it doesn't look like it follows the novel, so here's to hoping it gets subbed.
Oh well on to the next one, Blessed Girl.

Same here.
