Ji Sung doesn’t disappoint! He’s such a good actor and his portrayal of the character in this drama is so convincingly done. I really enjoyed this drama very much!
I don’t condone to extramarital affairs but I found this drama interesting as it dealt with relationships from different perspectives - the people involved in the affairs, their spouses, relatives and friends’ reactions and condemnation. I was afraid that I wouldn’t get to see the last episode as it took so long to sub it but I’m glad I finally did!
Good actor! I didn’t like him at all in ‘Moon Lovers ‘ but now in ‘Mother of Mine’ he’s so likable. It just shows how good he is at portraying the different characters he has to play. Very versatile!
She’s not a favorite of mine, probably because her roles earlier (like in ‘Secret’) were usually the ‘bad girl’ type. But I like her in WWW. She played her part so well! She still looks good and I love seeing her with her beret, very chic and fashionable! Hope to see her more in such roles.
Hi Julie, well done! I’m surprised to read that this is the first article you have written - it’s so well written. If I’m not watching this drama already, I would do so after reading this. Like you I’m enjoying this drama very much. The characters all blend so well together and the actors are very good. It’s my first time watching Ariel (she reminds me of Yang Mi!) and she’s superb. It was Vin Zhang who got me started on this drama - one of my favorite actors - and he didn’t disappoint me. Yes, I agree with you that this is a ‘must watch’ drama!
I’m watching his latest drama now ‘Fates and Furies’. He has certainly put on some weight since I last saw him. He must be enjoying life as a married man! :)
What a versatile actor! When he was evil in Princess Agents, I really hated him. But now in Our Glamorous Time, I like him because he is so likeable even though he’s not handsome. He’s got a good future as he can play any role that comes his way.
Of all of CJH’s shows that I’ve watched, I like him the best in this drama! His acting skills are amazing!!! This drama is interesting and thought provoking. I only hope the ending is not like ‘Uncontrollably Fond’!
Was also not impressed by the first few episodes but gave it a chance and ended up enjoying it and even couldn't stop....luckily all the episodes were subbed by the time I reach the last few episodes. I also agree with some viewers that the acting wasn't very good but considering the lack of experience these young actors have, it was commendable. I enjoyed watching the growth of the characters in the story, the camaraderie and also the love stories of the main characters.
I'm also currently watching this show and like you, I'm pleasantly amazed by the great acting of the entire cast and the storyline. Btw, your article is very good!
I just finished watching this show and I too enjoyed it. The characters are also so endearing and the actors played their parts so well. I especially liked Dong Ha; saw him as bad guy in another drama and didn't know he could be so funny and cute.
I nearly missed watching this drama because I was put off by the number of episodes and the 'strange' title. But when my daughter recommended it to me, I thought I'd give it a try and I'm so glad I did. It was such an interesting drama, full of real life issues, lots of funny moments, a good dose of romance and the actors and actresses did a wonderful job throughout. Kudos to them all!
As a very 'matured' (in age!) drama fan, I normally don't for the 'School' drama series. Somehow, I got into this and surprisingly found it very entertaining. The issues were very real and so the story was believable and interesting. The main leads are new (to me) and very refreshing and acted well. I wish there's a short '10 years later' to show how they ended up LOL!
I too was surprised that he's 27, thought he was younger. It's my first time watching him and quite amazed by his acting in School 2017 as he's relatively a newbie. He also reminds me of Kim Woo Bin, one of my favorite actor. Hope to see more of him in the future.
