Not only do we now have the Dorothy Hamill haircut dude, but don't forget the junior employee with the Donna Summer 'do. The director is having a ball with the random wigs on supporting male characters. lol
Episode 11: The instant I saw that netting, I knew something horrible was coming... :(
I get why Wan Zhe doesn't want to mess with things now, but he seemed to have had a personality transplant when he was talking with He Xiang Yong. From the moment he reached the top of the stairs, and leading up to the altercation, he was a belligerent and selfish asshole, which is not who he is. Did I miss something?
I suggest a special episode in which we watch Chen Hao Wei walk around the beach bare-chested, in skin-tight scuba pants for an hour.
@etoks21 I actually agree with a lot of what you said, but these characters were obviously written to be broken…
hahaha Well put. We are def on the same page with this drama. However, a whole bunch of commenters here think this couple is an example of a mature, ideal, loving relationship. lol

And, you are a Christianist bigot of indeterminate age, gender, and sexual orientation, most definitely stupid. I finally got around to looking at your burner account, "Michael." Why are you hiding?
If you reply, do so from your actual account, if you have one. Otherwise, I'll block you.
Their comments about the show and their roles are nothing but positive. What is it, exactly, that you are worked up about? If you have links to horrible things they've said, please share them. Thanks.
Episode 1: Interesting. Seems this could go in a zillion different directions, and I'm looking forward to watching as it unfolds.
I assumed the documentary feel would continue for the entire series, so I'm surprised we've already hit day 100 by the end of the first episode. Maybe it will jump back and forth between before/during/after the documentary filming commenced?
"The toxic nightmare begins..."I AM. SEATED.They had better not be overselling just how dirty/nasty/vicious/sexy…
I cannot wait to see mama spot her boy with another boy's tongue down his throat and go into a major, over-the-top stroke-out. :D The mom in the original version's acting was hilariously bad. I hope this time is more convincing. Clutching the chest and fake-fainting won't suffice this time around.
@etoks21 I actually agree with a lot of what you said, but these characters were obviously written to be broken…
Based on the preview, I suspect Azuma has had it with Kuji's asexual/aromantic act. His, Azuma's, backtracking every time, after asking Kuji things like "do you want to get married some day," or "was the older dude a hookup?," or "I love you...but that was a 'report,' not a confession (which is just sad), is obviously wearing on him. He's sick of swallowing his emotions and pretending Kuji's coldness is okey-dokey with him. It's not.
Plus, it's been clear from episode 2 that he would REALLY like Kuji to f**k him again. Sometimes, Kuji strikes me as a bit of an emotional sadist, withholding sex/affection out of some twisted pleasure doing so brings him.
Why do you come back every week to complain about a show you clearly don't understand and obviously don't enjoy?…
First of all, go police someone else's speech. You'll get nowhere doing that with me.
Second of all, here is the sentence in which I used the terms "aromantic" and "asexual:" "Kuji is an emotionally damaged, asexual aromantic, and Azuma is pathetic.
I defy you to identify the negative connotation to ace or aro status in that statement. I asserted that Kuzi is "emotionally damaged," but nothing in that sentence links the emotional damage to being asexual and/or aromantic. Where is the "insult?" The vast majority of emotionally damaged people are NOT asexual or aromantic. Your claim to victimhood status, at least as it concerns anything I wrote here, is bogus.
Studies show approximately 1-4% of humans are ace and/or aro. That figure applies regardless of sexual orientation, so why are you trying to define it as specifically a gay thing (Please don't use "queer" when addressing me. I consider it a slur equivalent to "n****r" for Black people).
Are you suggesting that Kuji/Azuma are/may be ace/aro in the script? If so, I agree that may be the case, but I said so before you did.
It doesn't look a typical beauty standard nose cnetz would love, doubtful he's done anything to it. Also, who…
Sure, Jan.
Except that I had never heard of this actor until I saw this article, so how did I have a parasocial relationship with him?.
I posted a comment about how fake the article is, plus an observation that I believe the dude's had a nose job, an assessment that may be incorrect, as I've said.
Since then, I've replied to replies. If, to you, that's "exactly" the same as forming a parasocial relationship, hanging out on multiple SM websites, and engaging in endless criticism/discussion/arguing, then you are full of shit, which is clearly the case.
Are you one of this guy's parasocial girlfriends/fangirls?
@etoks21 I actually agree with a lot of what you said, but these characters were obviously written to be broken…
I was 100% on board during eps 1-3, but somewhere around 4, it began to sink for me. But obviously, I don't hate it so much that I've dropped it, which I don't hesitate to do when warranted. So something's keeping me around.

First and most importantly, I'd like to thank the director for that gratuitous shot of Ryo's cute butt. :)
These two are an adorbs, sexy hoot.
What's up with the new, incoming trouble-maker's Dorothy Hamill haircut? :D

If they are, I will slug a bitch.
