COMPLETED 1000/1000I can only say masterpiece... one of the best dramas I've seen deserves much more recognition…
Reset 2 AKA Restart has been green lit. The original Reset 2022 synopsis had a second part; Unbeknownst to them, Song Bo Dao is a delivery man also stuck in a separate but connected time loop. He is tasked with finishing his deliveries for the day, but for some reason can never deliver all of them, especially a package to someone called Xiao He Yun. Along the way, he finds pets and people in need of help, and helps them over and over again every day. One of them is writer Qin Rou Rou, who is immediately taken by his story and decides to help him decipher the solution to the time loop. They begin to date and fall back in love every day as he delivers her cat food to her and re-tells her their story. That part was never filmed and people wondered why that part never showed. It is not clear if that would be the theme for Restart.
Im on ep 5. its fun to watch so far but male lead and female lead share one brain cell
Just ordinary people facing extraordinary circumstances. We are not watching superheroes. They are doing well with the limited information available.Just my two cents worth. Clever writing here.
I'm on 10th episode and it feels very repetitive. I understand that's the theme of time travel which is going…
The FL is in some ways a catalyst. She affects everything but her background was not important save she is the moral center of the story and we see how she changed and grew up. There is a reason why the ML couldn't wake up for the last reset. By the end, she was able to execute the plan to save everyone. We learn something new each episode, about the pair, about the police and the other passengers on the bus and by knowing this, we find out who is the bomber. Each reset also allows them to learn from their mistakes. She correctly cared about the other passengers while the ML wanted to escape the blast. But he ended up helping her. He provided the brains and she the heart. It takes guts to die so many time but still face temporary death to save the others. Just my two cents worth.
One the few dramas where if I stopped by to re-watch a scene, days, weeks, months, years later, I ended up watching everything. It was that good. I'd re-watch ep. 3 the police interrogation. And then continue to succeeding episodes or start from the beginning and watch everything. Thank you for your opinion.
[ep 4]fl is annoying. i can't w this melodrama in every drama, please be rational.
When I look back on this drama the FL is the heart of this drama. She is the one who correctly feels about the fate of the others on the bus. The ML wanted to escape the blast, but he ended up helping her. There is a reason why the ML couldn't wake up for the last reset. The drama was her growth from an ordinary student to a determined woman who helped save everyone
[EP 10]"you're all murderers! you're afraid of death!"says the bitch of a woman who wants to blow up a bus full…
Your comment on ep. 10. As you know watching to the end, she craved something much more important than choosing to die. That only a senseless tragedy that took so many lives would cause the police get off their duffs to investigate why she did what she did. Something they didn't do before. And why the bus driver helped her. At the last scene when she got on the bus, her eyes showed determination, showed no other emotion. Her eyes were dead. Like her heart.
I just finished it and that's what it looked like to me as well. We knew the creep wasn't dead, but who's that…
I was looking at the production of sodium metal as used in Guardians of the Defeng. One method to produce metal sodium used salt crystals but using salt would run into the Government Monopoly on salt and the Salt Tax and Salt license. I wonder if a season 2 would use that theme. Wiki on Salt in Ancient China has some interesting entries on the Song Dynasty.

Yes, that has been done before. Even if not explained, the writer or director probably had someone in mind. We should look for someone with a jade finger ring.

True. I thought about my answer after I posted it. The motivation for the two could be anti-corruption, revenge or replacing the Emperor. For the second season, the story should again be using scenes and characters with in the confines of the scroll painting of Rainbow Bridge. Perhaps the painting is a composite so that events as portrayed are not simultaneous.
