Everyone is finally waking up to this drama.

I don’t think the two leads will end up together. Given all that had happened. Will I enjoy watching her fool him, heck yes! Am I going to be in pain watching them fall in love with each other. Definitely lol. I love angst. Honestly she deserves to atleast fight him once. With a sword lol. Hit him twice lol. Even a little stab!

But really though, 100 flogging & 3 yrs of labor. That’s freaking brutal 😒

This. Because how is putting a literal child expose to corruption on the throne helpful lol.

But I do think Jin Han really wants to be king.

Against her own will. She does not like the late King (force to do things) but she likes Jin Han.

The Queen granted her the 3 tassles for helping assist Jin Han to exceed to throne (lying to the court officials about Jin Han ascending to throne by the late kings last word) We don’t know much about Lady Dong (she must like Jin Han) but as I said it is usual for Kings to have concubines, whether they like it or not.

Maybe give it a few more ep, if it still bothers you then yeah it’s best to drop it lol.

Jin Han figured that his brother was poison. I think if he was in the position of power, he’ll have easier access knowing who did it? But it’s been 3 yrs so did he really figure it out yet?

But honestly, I think he wants the throne because he just wants it. The pressure, people around him telling him he’s a better fit. He even says he can not deny it.

I’m not sure if they did lol. But since he is a king, it’s not unusual that they have concubines. Plus, Jin Han has been with many women before he met Mong Woo/HeeSoo & even 3 yrs after that.

I think if your bother by these kinds of stuff in historical drama, dropping it would be the option 😅 there are some new kdramas out to watch.

She is his concubine. The Queen gave her 3 tassles which position her as a concubine to the king, which is now Jin Han. I mean Jin Han has been with many women already lol.

And yes he is shit for that lol that is why her revenge will be sweet. But I love angst. So I expected this to happen.🤣

Before that, his brother didn’t die yet. So now his brother is dead. Plus, Jin Han isn’t the most emotionally stable person. He’s right up there next to the king lol. Maybe he’s not as crazy (he might get there eventually lol) Then Myung Ha setting up a fake attestment note against Jin Han on the behalf of Jong Bae (hence killing him), he now thinks that they (baduk players & Mong Woo) might be colluding against Jin Han, hence the punishment.

She definitely did it on purpose to catch the kings attention. It’s been 3 years, mostly likely the only one who knows/remember Mong Woo is Jin Han, his personal guard, Hyun Bo, Myung Ha so far. Plus, HeeSoo knows that she is a great baduk player. I don’t think anyone will go against Jin Han if he wanted to play baduk against Mong Woo.

It’s seems like next week ep will show what happen between those 3 years! I don’t think it’s rushed since we’re 1/4 through the drama. The drama has a good pacing. I’ve seen comments saying the drama is too slow or boring lol. But it’s perfect for me ☺️

Jin Han never forgot about Mong Woo after 3 yrs, that’s why he set up a baduk tournament to find Mong Woo. He wants a baduk instructor. He got tired playing alone. Remember when Jin Han says that Mong Woo & Jin Han are friends regardless of class, so anyone (men) can sign up for the tournament. Seems like Mong Woo will enter the court this way & be Jin Han’s personal instructor/ assistant? I think Court Lady Dong is part of Jin Han concubine?

I’m loving the direction of the story! Can’t believe Myung Ha created this whole misunderstanding between Jin Han & Mong Woo/HerSoo 😒 I knew Jin Han was going to end up like his brother 🥲. And to those who might be taken aback by Jin Han’s behavior, filial piety is the most important between royal family. Plus, Jin Han hasn’t been the most emotionally stable guy either lol. Im so sad for Hong Jang. I’m excited to see Mong Woo/HeeSoo place in the court! Also the acting was top notch in this episode.

In the character chart it says that she has affection for him.

I think the story will pick up after ep 4 when Jin Han becomes king & the dynamic between the characters will change.

Seriously. I hope he goes six feet under!
