If this doesn't have a happy ending AT LEAST for the main couple, I won't even start watching this show. Might…
It’s wise to protect your wellbeing ❤️Consider watching some BTS of the main leads after the show airs if the general consensus is that it’s not a HE. It’s really sweet and funny.

I'd like to say that the knife from Episode 13 came out of nowhere, but upon deep reflection, Feng Qingtian has always been struggling with deep depression and trauma. That sweet little prince fought a silent battle, needing to put on a brave and flawless face as he managed his brother's work, boosted Molie history and tea culture, and was a thoughtful and filial son and grandson. I think his older brother felt deeply within his soul that Feng Qingtian was at risk. I don't think there's anything anyone could have done to keep the prince from passing into the next world.

Please excuse me while I go drown in tears. I don't have the energy to go on my typical weekly rant about Shi Yuhao or express my disgust at people like Mr. Jin.

Episode 12

Han Lu: I felt the same way Brother Guo and Qi Haoyu felt after the Mr. Jin encounter. I was right about Mr. Jin all along. All the sneering on my part was justified. I want to choke that man and then choke Shi Yuhao. Pretty please?

Shi Yuhao: It was a joy not seeing his face this episode, but Father Xu did mention him.

Father Xu: Whatever scheming he's up to makes me nervous. I wonder what karma has in store for him? I'm pleased he's sending his fellow serpent and offspring, Xu Xiao, abroad, but I guess it's just to protect himself.

Feng Qingtian: My heart hurts for this sweet young man. I'd like to see a genuine smile on his face.

Xu Changyang and Feng Qinglang: My belief in their love keeps me strong no matter what Shi "The Rat" Yuhao and Father Xu do.

Run do not walk to watch it if you need something with more going on that a cute slow burn romance. This is more…
Sounds like my cup of tea. I’m down for grit and angst. I enjoyed Apo’s and Bible’s performances in KinnPorsche. KinnPorsche had me seated when it aired😁

Should I give this one a go? It's nice to see a BL with high ratings here. I've become more selective about my BLs and have less time to watch them. I have zero triggers.

8.5 The statistics are certainly manipulated. if you compare 8.7 for When Oranges Fall
I agree. I have a hypothesis: non-Thai BLs may be discriminated against, especially Chinese BLs. For the record, I think people can enjoy BLs from any country without manipulating votes.

All that said, it's just a hypothesis and my opinion. I've been keeping it close to my chest because I've seen people get ruthlessly torn apart in the comments for saying less.

Why is no one talking about the man eyeing Han Lu
I was about to ask the same question. I don't like how that Mr. Jin was looking at Han Lu. It seems like the predatory gaze of a powerful and rich older man preying upon the young and beautiful. Han Lu seemed very uncomfortable either fleeing or turning his back on him.

This is actually one of the better ones. The women are mostly supportive. That sister is less the cookie-cutter…
Agreed. I really enjoyed how Sister Lan and Feng Qinglang's grandma are portrayed. I wish I knew women like them.

Xu Xiaoxiao is really her father's daughter. I can see their forked tongues whenever they speak. She inherited all of Papa Xu's selfishness and cruelty. The intellectual, tactical, and high EQ traits her brothers developed over time missed her completely.

You know what? Let's send her to Hunter School with Xu Changyang. The experience may knock some sense into her since no one else will. In the meantime, can somebody take her phone and delete her socials?

At this point, I don't know what to do with Shi Yuhao except look forward to his downfall.

They managed to short-form film Painter of the Night and NOT mess it up (too badly), they're doing an upcoming…
Yes! Looking forward to future CBLs.

If I pass away before Immortality and other shelved series are released from prison, hopefully another BL enjoyer will play one of them at my grave. It's good to be kind to your elders to help their bones or ashes rest even more in peace😆

I see big things on the horizon for Kim Yoonsik and Park Siwoo! Hopefully Cho Minkyu gets more prominent roles too. His arc as Investigator Song made my heart race, and it was already racing from the suspense of the last two episodes and the 🔥 between Prosecutor Joo Taeseon and Investigator Lee Chaeha!!!

Looking forward to more from Director Yang Kyunghee!

After Episode 10, I asked myself: "Should I retire from watching BL once A Winter Sun finishes and just revisit my favorites? Because both this series and A Winter Sun feel like peak, so everything else will disappoint me, right?

Of course not! I'll keep enjoying BL until Gen Gamma (or whoever comes next) wheels me into the old folks' home) 😂

Shi Yuhao, aka The Rat, aka That #@%!ing Snake, is lucky he's not destroyed yet. Here's why I think his downfall is inevitable:
1. Xu Changyang. Green-flag golden retriever puppy on his way to Spec Ops training/Hunter School (not a man to mess with). He has infinite patience and the sweetness to woo Feng Qinglang for years. He also has a powerful father who would Thanos-snap anyone who harms his son.
2. Shi Yuhao's career is tanking. He's desperate and lashing out. Desperate people make mistakes.
3. He's left a trail of broken hearts sleeping with anything with a pulse for career gain or because he can't keep it in his pants. He probably has lots of enemies.
4. All of us here. We may simply reach through the screen and take care of business. I'm from the Caribbean. I have chanclas ready for him. I hear slipper-throwing is universal. Imagine thousands of us taking aim at him 😉

Please share your thoughts, my delightful fellow viewers.

His talent is unreal 😭 I stumbled across his martial arts/dance clips and was completely mesmerized. There's something so focused and confident about him, like a celestial being who descended to bless us with his beauty and skill.
I hope he finds even more success and takes care of himself. (And if he ever quits smoking, I'd be the happiest fan alive!)

Why do I feel that Song Ha Neul is a little suspicious? I feel like he's Ja Hyeon's son.
Same. I think he's not the innocent cutie he seems to be on the surface.
