there's another meaning to "cut sleeve" like meaning gay???
Yes, "cut sleeve" is Chinese term for gay/homosexuality. I love how this drama put those subtle hints here and there, and only those who know will know.
They deserve all of it indeed ^^ I'm so glad they both gained such a large fanbase.I will continue to support…
Literally almost everyday there'll be news of their new articles somewhere, Japanese fans even keep calendars for all their activities. Well, they've gained many loyal fans, I'll continue to support them as well ^^
Cherry Magic is really a gift for Akaso and Machida, they finally got the recognition they deserve. Both of them have been appearing on magazine interviews and shoots almost non-stop (I lost track already) since then. Akaso got his first magazine solo cover on his birthday, Machida's first solo cover on Screen Plus was reprinted due to huge demand and he will have his second solo cover next month. Machida also recently appointed as a model for spring fashion campaign by a large department store in Japan. I'm so happy for them T__T
Is there a lot of steamy scenes in this drama? It ranked quite high in TVer and the picture always looks very steamy, I wonder if that's why it's quite popular? @_@
Akaso did a livestream on Weibo! There were 1.4M viewers! :OThe livestream: https://weibo.com/7545077914/K4cvNdjFYChii's…
Count me in as one of them :D They did actually provide the archive, how generous! I saw some complaints about how the show wasn't professionally prepared, I also felt it was a bit amateurish, but I think Akaso still enjoyed it though. The show ended at 1.42m viewers count, give it 5 more minutes it would've reached 1.5m ^0^
Woah, if this indeed happened then things don`t look good, i hope everyone should indeed stop writing about this…
Oh nonono, I'm really hoping for the best for this show and Immortality (and other BLs too). XZ's case is really muddy, but at the end of the day it was the actor that suffered the most :(
Happy birthday to our adorable baby Akaso Eiji kun!! Thank you for giving us so much joy and happiness. Wishing you nothing less than a happy, healthy life and always smile brightly everyday ^^
Too many people on Twitter joked about All merch, fans events happen cause they collect money to the movie (cause…
Yup, it's definitely different from US or European drama, but we are still lucky that Japanese drama still has quite a chance of getting SP or movie if it's popular. If it is Chinese or Korean drama, the chances are even slimmer. So the best thing we can do is keep supporting them to increase the chance for new content :)

I'm also praying hard for new content, but I think we need to manage our expectations. Any sequel/movie can't be decided that fast, let's take example of Kinou Nani Tabeta, the SP is 6 months away from the drama and the movie is like 1 year after. I saw many fans expecting announcement of S2 soon, but I think that's not very reasonable at this time.
Boron and I were watching it! It was so fun and I was smiling like an idiot the whole times lol. Thank god what…
It was indeed a lot of fun and you can listen to Akaso's funny answers. For example, when asked of their favorite flower, Machida answered narcissus since there were a lot of them in his hometown. While Akaso answered tulip, since when he was in kindergarten, he was in the class named Tulip hahahaha XD
The number of tickets sold from Thai ticket site broke 10,000 mark. If by this time TV Tokyo doesn't even slightly consider possibility of a sequel, or even an SP or movie, I think they are out of their mind lol.
Alright so the live event of Magic Hour with Machida and Akaso (27-2-2021) has happened now. I wasn't there myself…
Boron and I were watching it! It was so fun and I was smiling like an idiot the whole times lol. Thank god what we were afraid of didn't happen, there were only talking and did simple games, no excessive fan service. So basically there were: - Fan questions section - Off-shot photo stories - Magic Moment Ranking - top 3 favourite scenes chosen by Akaso and Machida - Can you read my mind? games They were given 2 options and they have to choose which one they think the other likes/prefers. Machida got a Thai boxing short pants as present (^^) while Akaso lost therefore the electrical pen punishment. Machida then tried it and apparently it hurt, and Akaso laughed so hard he was shedding tears XD - Akaso birthday surprise. He apparently didn't expect it and looked very touched. The flowers look like orchids, but not really sure.
They both looked comfortable and having fun. The hashtag #MagicHourEijiKeita even made it to top Japan trend. I was thankful to the organizer who organized this event, it was worth every baht that I spent :)
