Brutal and heartbreaking drama. Honestly at the end of it, you will feel sorry for all the characters involved, enraged at all the characters and pity all the characters.

You wanted a setup for basically wanting FL to work with ML for their relationship to develop. Was turning the doctor to a secretary the best thing you can think of? You could have easily made the ML say something like "I am new to this and want to learn how different departments in a hospital function. And as this doctor is free, I want her to work with me temporarily". Once in a while you could use the hospital setup, throw in a patient, create situation and have the ML, FL to work as a team in solving it. This way they can know each other better, the relationship could develop naturally and you have some substance to work with.

Anyways, this is basic filler romcom which had few good episodes before they became a couple. I skipped all the scenes of second leads because they were really boring.

So, I am rating this a 6/10.

Main couple's friends to lovers journey was one the good one that I have seen. It was logical and not rushed. They fully used the number of episodes to progress their relationship slowly. I also understand if people who saw this while airing get frustrated on the pace and when the actual relationship begins.

I have no idea what was the role of second couple. They barely had any scenes. I am not sure if their roles were cut post production. The married couple also had not much of a role. They could have really used both the couples to replicate 'You are my glory' kind of setup and conclusion. The douche bag boss and the other guy had too much screentime for no purpose.

They could have easily cut this drama short and made it 24 episodes instead. Rating this 7.5/10

I started fast forwarding this right from the first episode. There is no redeeming scene or character in the whole drama, which is kind of surprising.

This is now my lowest ever rated drama. Rating this 2/10

The drama was good but something was missing. Like as a viewer, we did not get the time to grieve the loss of any character and it ended up diluting the emotional feel of the drama.

Old classic romantic melodrama movie

I have rewatched almost all of my previous drama few times. Only the future would decide if gaslighting was successful if I end up rewatching this in future.

Good way to spend 2 hours. Gives the feel of a drama in a movie length period.

This was an interesting approach to romcom storytelling. We started at the end game and are walking backwards every episode to see how we reached the end game.

The best way to describe this drama is that this is the first draft or the kid's version of Lighter and Princess. There is just too much similarity between both dramas to overlook. The drama could have cut down few characters as they served no purpose in the end. This is still an enjoyable drama overall.

The suspense was kept well till the end. Climax was not that great in my opinion. The ending also reminded me of Awaken. ML was good as usual. Not sure what was the role of First FL in the drama. Second FL role could have been better.

Finished watching. Felt absolutely no emotional connection with the drama. Acting was top notch. Background music did remind me of Signal. Want to write 2 parting thoughts about this.

Everything happens in this drama because people want to feign ignorance, so that they can carry on with their lives as if everything is normal.

Second, happiness is a state of mind. Else how can you explain the absolute joy and happiness on the father's face?

Drama is very realistic for the most parts. Rating it 7/10

This drama involves cheating right?

Loved it from start to end. Liked the 2FL and her arc including the proposal scene (kind of). The teacher's story arc pleasantly surprised me. In 15th episode seemed like they ran out of material. So, ending seems little dull.

The thing I liked most was that they never discussed breakup even when everything went sideways

Nothing got resolved by the end. That ending works for a 2 hour movie and not for a 16-episode drama unfortunately. Disappointing as I really liked the first half

I am gaslighting myself and going to pretend that this is a good short 9-episode drama that ends, when ML and FL meets the single father who raised the FL :D

But if you actually end up seeing the second half, you are going to hate all the characters. So gaslight yourself and pretend it was a short drama :D

I disagree with many comments about the breakup. Breakup made sense story wise but was not done at the right time nor the right way. The way breakup was reached made the characters unlikable, silly and nonsensical. You had two characters as an upcoming actress and a painter who is seeing success for the first time. There is no better setup required than 2 people who are achieving success, have irregular work timings with little control over their schedules. This setup can be used in many different ways to create conflicts from baseless gossip news articles to missing important events, etc and used it to create distance between 2 people. The end result is again no communication between 2 people but this ensure that the characters are still liked and relatable.

The return of the Ex served no purpose other than to eat screentime that could have been used to break the main couple early, gave the time to reflect back on their relationship, yearn for each other, resolve the issues that lead to their breakup and finally get back together. The Ex's return did nothing to move the story forward or help the character arc of your main characters. It made them more unlikable as the end result of the dragged-out sequence which lasted till the end. The Ex could have been handled entirely differently. One example of this would be how Serendipity's embrace did it. The Ex's return helped the lead to overcome her lifelong trauma whereas it does the opposite in this drama. If they had resolved the Ex's character arc early, they could very well have explored the pairing of her and the other painter.

I liked the other painter. Dude hated people but hated them on their face. Did not go behind anyone's back and did stuff. He also had the best character arc resolution in the entire drama. Really liked the MLs friend. I also liked the students. They could have given them more screentime. FLs friend and brother were forgotten and were basically written out of the drama after a point. Not sure what was the reason as I liked the FLs friend's character. FLs other friend was a poor bastard who got nothing but suffering till the end. Did few songs at the end of it were his reward?
