Im sorry. im very disappointed.

the writing has failed the story.

the showed how the crucial decision affected the Lins but only showed how the Xus were affected with a acene with Han and Lan Xiang.

they gave no insight to her response of this decree. she showed no emotion or care.

im very disappointed in the lack of communication and contact.

he did not discuss or they did not show a discussion between Lan Xiang a!d Jin Qi before or after the decree.

i am finding it hard to believe that he requested this.

it just does not meld with his character and his respect for the women in his life.

someone said he didnt have any other options.

his options alone were considered. he did not think of Lan's choices or options. nor did he think to give her choices or options.

i have not read the book.

however i think thegreatness of the drama has been dismissed because the writers could not figure out how to put the drama Jin Qi back on track to the book Jin Qi.

So many things about him may have changed from source to screen that they lost who he was in the 'transmigration'.

I am thoroughly disappointed. i also feel this is not the time to rush the scenes and storyline.

they could have rushed Du Du and them but not this.

the choices made in eps 25 and 26 can ruin the whole drama for me. it was doing so well. 😢
