bwahahaahaha you completely summed it up so far! so it isn't just me, the female characters in the show really lack the depth that the male leads have---don't get me wrong, the show is entertaining, but the female characters are extremely black and white the male characters much more grey--i hope it does not turn into 'Legend of the men who helped Fuyao'

i love the actor who plays qi zhen he is fantastic!!
