so 4 just 1 poorly written review (honestly. there were better $hitter ones written by Gemini or whatever else…
Use your brain please not everyone speaks English fluently. It’s not my first language, I just use AI to translate what I wanna say. Would you rather I wrote my review in French or Arabic instead? Cause then how are people supposed to understand me here?

And how is AI magically supposed to come up with all these arguments and detailed points by itself when everything I said is based on my own opinion? What matters is whether the arguments actually make sense and are relevant, that’s literally how you can tell there’s a real person behind the review.

You’re just mad because someone has a different opinion than you. You gave it a 10 same for perfect crown , so I can already tell what your taste is like if you can’t handle criticism that’s your problem.

I love your breakdown! This is such a great way to review a show cause it shows more of the nuances
Thanks, that’s actually how I rate everything I watch. I find it way more precise that way.

"I just wish we had gotten more moments between the main couple because it really felt like too little."…
yeah I absolutely loved their chemistry and the progression of their relationship, which is also why I wish we had gotten more moments focused on them as a couple. The business and work aspects take up a huge part of the drama, which I personally still enjoyed a lot, but I would’ve liked a better balance with the romantic side because it really leaves you wanting more haha, I was honestly hoping for more romantic moments between them, even though the scenes we did get were genuinely good.

I just finished the final episode and overall, I definitely don’t regret watching this drama. I genuinely enjoyed it a lot, especially the main couple. Their chemistry and relationship were honestly the highlight for me.

That being said, I was hoping for a stronger conclusion regarding the whole case because it felt a bit rushed in the end. I really liked the second half of the episode though, and honestly I don’t think they could’ve done much better with the time they had left.

I just wish we had gotten more moments between the main couple because it really felt like too little.

But overall, I still think it’s absolutely worth watching.

My only regret is that the couple never really got the chance to fully enjoy their relationship in peace. I loved their chemistry so much and I really liked how their relationship developed, but the previews kept spoiling the upcoming drama, so even during their sweetest moments together, I was already stressing about the next conflict that was about to happen. It actually made me anxious sometimes instead of just enjoying the scenes. (and this might just be me because I watch the previews, but honestly I’d recommend avoiding them because they kinda ruin part the experience)

I’m really hoping the final episode finally lets us enjoy them properly.

I also really loved the directing and the way some scenes were staged, especially the ones with the grandmother.

As for the only real flaw for me, the pacing was pretty much perfect for most of the drama, there were basically no boring moments or unnecessary scenes. But around ep 10 and 11, you can kinda feel the rhythm slowing down a bit and losing some momentum. The story is still engaging and entertaining though, and I actually liked that the focus shifted a lot more toward Meechori’s POV in those last episodes.

i really feel bad when people give a pass to extremely mediocre writing simply because the genre is romcom? are…
Meechori didn’t want to work with L’Étoile in the first place. He only agreed because of Dam Ye Jin, since she was also in charge of the project. He saw that she was hardworking, detail-oriented, and shared the same standards and way of doing things as him, so he believed the project actually had a chance to succeed with her involved.

We even see Dam Ye Jin constantly questioning the company’s choices and the product’s effectiveness, and when the product turned out to be fraudulent, once again it was thanks to her that it didn’t end up being sold. From his perspective, the project was only worth it if she was part of it too.

There’s also the fact that L’Étoile is a cosmetics company, and considering Meechori’s past with the cream incident, I doubt he wanted to get involved in that kind of project again at first. And I don’t think she hates her father. She resents him because he always sided with her mother and never really took a firm stand for her. At one point, it was also because of him that she could no longer stay in contact with her mother. I think you may have forgotten that detail.

I don’t blame you though, that’s your interpretation, but from my perspective everything was actually very clear.

I don’t see any brainrot here. The story has a clear narrative structure and actual coherence, and honestly that’s enough. It doesn’t drag, it keeps you engaged, and that’s what matters most. Once again, a predictable story doesn’t mean it’s bad as long as it’s well executed.

People forcing the hate and low ratings on this drama are honestly so weird. Just because the story is predictable doesn’t mean it’s bad. The drama is still well-written, coherent, funny, and full of lovable characters with great dynamics. It’s not supposed to be a thriller, it’s a romcom, and for that genre the story is actually really engaging. It also handles its themes pretty well. The concept is fun, but what truly makes the drama stand out is the execution. The characters are genuinely endearing, the chemistry works, and the comedy feels natural and entertaining throughout.

Title Moving
Honestly, I really enjoyed this drama. Its biggest strength is definitely the characters and the writing. The world feels rich, detailed, and carefully built, with nothing that feels random or out of place. Every character matters in some way, and I especially loved how morally nuanced they all were. There are no clear “good” or “bad” characters, which makes the story feel much more human and realistic.

One of my favorite aspects was the diversity of the cast, especially the representation of characters with autism or intellectual disabilities. I thought it was handled with a lot of care and humanity. The slice-of-life and family-oriented atmosphere was genuinely touching and got me emotionally invested very quickly. The interactions between the characters also felt natural and believable, which made the relationships even more engaging.

The first half of the drama mainly focuses on building the story and setting up the world, but it stays coherent and engaging throughout. The fight scenes were really well choreographed, and the special effects were surprisingly well done too.

My main issue was the pacing and editing. Around episodes 8–10, the drama starts dragging a bit and sometimes feels stretched out just to fit the 20-episode format. The constant flashbacks and repeated scenes slow the story down a lot, and even during intense moments, they sometimes interrupt the action with random flashbacks that completely kill the momentum. I can totally understand why some viewers lost interest there. The ideas themselves were good, but with tighter editing and better pacing, the drama could’ve been even better.

Fair enough, you didn’t like the drama… I get it… I don’t like a lot of dramas also… I get kind of picky….…
The ML’s acting feels kinda stiff, not much facial expression, I don’t really feel anything from his performance. And the FL… this role just doesn’t suit her at all, it feels way overacted and childish to me. She was way better in another drama where she played a mentally disabled characte that performance was honestly super convincing.

Yes, I agree to an extent. The one difference I've noticed is that the private matter audit team investigates…
But that’s exactly why I find it incoherent. Workplace relationships between a department head and a subordinate are often considered problematic in companies, and in many workplaces they either have to be disclosed to HR or are outright forbidden. The issue isn’t romance itself, it’s the hierarchical power dynamic.

And that’s what makes the drama’s premise hard to take seriously for me: an audit team’s role is literally tied to ethics, compliance, internal controls, and maintaining professional boundaries in the workplace. Relationships involving a direct power imbalance raise all the classic red flags favoritism in promotions, assignments or evaluations, implicit pressure caused by the unequal power dynamic, conflict of interest, and a sense of unfairness within the team. In some companies, if a manager dates a subordinate, reporting lines are changed precisely to avoid those issues.

Yet the main couples are basically a textbook example of everything I just listed. In both relationships, one person holds a position of authority and becomes romantically involved with their subordinate… so the drama asking me to buy into its strict workplace/audit setting while casually brushing past those concerns feels contradictory.

I’m only on ep 4 and honestly… nothing about this drama makes sense. I genuinely don’t get how people are calling this “well written.” A department head dating her subordinate is considered a sensitive, even problematic situation in an actual workplace. The issue isn’t the relationship itself, it’s the power imbalance: favoritism, conflicts of interest, unfair treatment, pressure tied to hierarchy… In some companies, these relationships have to be disclosed to HR, and in others they’re straight up not allowed. And yet the main couples are literally the embodiment of everything I just listed In both couples, one partner holds a position of power and ends up falling for their subordinate… while the drama wants me to take its workplace/audit angle seriously?
