trust me it's a waste of time , I’m usually the first to enjoy light, comedic dramas and easygoing vibes, but…
Well, the comedy in Royal Nemesis doesn’t really make me laugh it makes me cringe. I’m glad you like it though. I find the comedy in Sold Out on You much funnier and more natural. Maybe I’ll give it two more episodes, but for now nothing really makes me want to keep watching. The execution feels weak to me, and the scenes just don’t feel well balanced.

The thing is, with My Royal Nemesis, they’re not bringing anything new The plot is super cliché and overdone, and the characters are so caricatured that they don’t really give off anything memorable. Even the execution is bad… the acting too, honestly. meanwhile Sold Out on You has a more interesting plot, actual depth, a well-done execution, and amazing chemistry between the leads. You should really give the drama another watch because I feel like we definitely didn’t watch the same thing
I usually don't like to comment on actor/actress appearance. But can someone give Ahn Hyo Seop a new haircut and…
Personally, I think long hair suits him really well. In Business Proposal, that was honestly his worst look 😭 The haircut made his face look rounder, whereas here his face looks much slimmer.
Guys, I can’t handle this anymore I’m literally gonna faint. I haven’t been this attached to a couple in such a long time. They give me butterflies every time 🥺 I don’t want this drama to end, please… and today’s episode was literally pure candy 🍬 Everything was perfect, even the pacing aaaah I keep replaying the scene where she keeps asking him all those questions 😭 The ending was just so cute.
The only flaw in this film is that it’s too short; it should have been longer to better develop the relationship between Jinu and Rumi. Otherwise, it’s a very good movie. What I liked most is that it showcases the best era of K-pop, with 3rd-generation music rather than 4th or 5th generation tracks that are often more “trendy” but feel less authentic. There is a clear nostalgic vibe throughout, especially in the outfits, colors, and overall aesthetic. Everything feels very intentional and true to that older era, without falling into black-and-white dark visuals or overly edgy modern styling.
Taste is subjective. I had to drop Sold out on you after 2 episodes, because it became very boring for me, though…
If you’re unsure, I actually wrote a review of the drama you can check out. At first, when I started watching it, I liked it but wasn’t fully hooked. However, as the episodes went on, I realized I was getting really invested.
I really enjoyed the characters: they’re not perfect, they all have flaws, but that’s exactly what makes them so likable. The story is interesting, it doesn’t drag or go in circles, and it deals with some pretty solid themes.
As for the love triangle, I agree with you it’s the only negative point I noticed, but it doesn’t overshadow the story, which is a good thing. You almost end up forgetting it’s even there.

I can understand why some people might drop it after the first two episodes, but it improves with each episode. The plot is engaging, and for me it has strong pacing and narrative structure, along with solid acting.
I don’t understand the ratings on this app. This drama is only rated 8.0, which doesn’t really make sense to me. Meanwhile, My Royal Nemesis is rated 8.1, but it really feels more like a 6 or 7 at best, and that’s being generous. Personally, I gave it a 4.5.
Although I usually think that you need to give a drama more than two episodes to settle into it, I really appreciate…
trust me it's a waste of time , I’m usually the first to enjoy light, comedic dramas and easygoing vibes, but here everything feels too superficial with no real depth. For example, right now Sold Out on You is much better in my opinion it has a solid narrative structure, strong acting, a good atmosphere, and still manages to bring depth.

I’ve watched the two episodes so far, but honestly it feels very generic like something I’ve seen many times before. The acting isn’t great either; it comes off a bit too exaggerated for my taste, and the ml feels kind of stiff. There’s not much to say about it so far, nothing really stands out or leaves a strong impression.
Thinking back on it, it’s been a long time since I’ve felt this excited and so hooked on a k-drama especially for a romance. I feel like in recent years they’ve all been so bland, but this one really stands out.
But I do agree with Falling for Love.
