Take my thoughts as however you may deem but from what I've read so far, both parties are suffering now due to…
thank you for your last paragraph!! i've seen celebrities fall WAY too many times (regardless if it was true or not) because the vast majority believes every word filtered through the media. there's obviously more to a story than one side. as long as they can personally settle it with no bitterness left over than i'd be satisfied. it's none of my business to worry about more than that

Pushing someone to have an abortion is actualy illigal in my country. Abortion rules are strict here. In Korea…
however, it is legal in korea. and we both don't know the full story of their relationship nor the true events of what happened. we can think one way, but that might be completely false and entirely our own imagination or someone's lie. you cannot get an abortion without the mother's consent (obviously). regardless of what one says, it was indeed her choice to abort the baby. this situation could have been resolved civilly and privately, but instead it's aired out to the public...for what?

it would be an entirely different story if the baby was made from r*** and then he forced an abortion because he wouldn't help her care for the baby, but it seems like both were consented by the woman. as others have said: they grew apart and broke up. as a drama watcher, if he didn't do anything illegal in his own country, then i don't have any right to judge him because i don't know the true story. as long as he didn't do anything illegal, i'm not going to erase his entire career based on my own imagination or interpretation of a story. there's ALWAYS more to a story than what's revealed to the public.

(* coming from a non-seonho fan who has never watched him before *)

Title Reset Life
I love everything of Ryan in this drama. The role he got, his outfit, his hairstyle, all suit him to the max.…
same, he pulled off a sweet puppy boy so well. his hair really did it for me omg

should be a comedy for jing yao alone. i honestly think he's genuinely funny and not in some over-the-top slapstick kind of way. li jia ming just has that perfect comedic timing

i wish they just made the movie into more episodes. i feel like this had the potential to become as big as liar game tbh. the concept of betrayal between friends (as opposed to strangers) was super interesting and somehow not that popularly explored?

is this about gay people?
if you mean: is this a BL? no it's not. it's sports mixed a little sci-fi and bromance. mostly about friendship

literally traumatic, but so so worth it. it isn't just your simple terminal illness story. i also love how this series was practically bred from dish//'s song. the lyrics themselves were already movie-like and this perfectly brought it to life ♡

Season 1 was good I really enjoyed it. This one just frustrated me to the point of not reviewing it but ranting…
LOL thank you for your rant saving me a precious 6 hours. i might skip through to the kanae todoroki scenes tbh. i already couldn't stand kurumi by the end of s1, how and why would they ever try making her character worse??

i just finished s1 and was wondering if i should watch s2, but i think you answered well enough LMAO. i'm terrified to even try this season out cuz i quite enjoyed s1 and i don't think i could stand them butchering all the characters, esp minjun. the only reason why i might consider trying it is PURELY for kanae and todoroki. they're honestly the only characters that get any development whatsoever ugh

one of the few kdramas that i couldn't help but binge all the way through. even though there were certainly things i didn't particularly enjoy, it was an addicting watch and one that remains close to my heart, which utterly surprised me because i went in with the intention of dropping. even better that it has two of my fave ost songs: cuckoo and oh you yeah you !!!

Title On Your Wedding Day Spoiler
Please watch remake of this film called "My Love (2021)". it was better than on your wedding day
i was personally not a fan of the female lead in my love, but the last monologue at the wedding scene killed me omg. after rewatching oywd i wished his talk with her at the end was that fleshed out. it made me sob so hard LMAO

Is it just me or does this show remind you of ‘it’s end of the f**king world’
some aspects are actually nearly identical so i imagine they used it as a source of inspiration + bonnie & clyde. still loved it to bits though

Title Squid Game
i think it exploded in popularity compared to others kdramas BECAUSE it's not censored. like people enjoy the…
(note: sorry if this is long, i'm typing on my phone so i have no idea how long this actually is)

oh yeah for sure, though i would think aib would be more popular for that "weird asian" side of things. i didn't really find squid game that centered around its asian culture besides the traditional children's games, which is also why i think it's been doing so well worldwide. a lot of the times when i watch a drama with a non-drama fan i have to be like "dw this is how it usually is" because they aren't used to that "drama feel." for example, overacting in comedies or the typical innocence in romances. for squid game i felt that it was pretty realistic? therefore easily accessible to a wider audience. that could've also been why aib didn't grow to this level (because of the overacting and odd supernatural elements though i still loved it). at least imo, the squid characters felt quite real and reacted similarly to how i think i would act in those situations. none of them felt very forced nor gave long unnecessary monologues

and besides all that, it's CRAZY marketable because of the geometric shapes, iconic masks, jung hoyeon, and its colorful palette. they've really been capitalizing on all of these aspects everywhere you look. i can't get away lmao

this series was really great. even if you might think it's overhyped, it doesn't really take away from the actual quality of the show. and even if you hate the ending, at least the first half was incredible. i can't really see how people can objectively OR subjectively call this a "bad" show tbh
