I see what you're saying and appreciate the perspective. But I have to judge dramas based on trailers/clips/reviews/comments/descriptions to decide what to watch since I can't watch every show that is released and want to find which one I will enjoy the most.

Is it bad? The rating is so low

I did a little comparison on my Macbook Air on fullscreen and Viki for me was better quality but that's at 720p as WeTV only gives you 1080p when you pay.

I've just finished it. I enjoyed it and would recommend it but it wasn't perfect. The beauty filter on the leads was too heavy. For me, both MCs were quite still and serious and the performances were subtle, when you add a heavy filter on top of that it made things flat. Especially some moments from the FL. I love natural performances, but I need to be able to see microexpressions.

What we saying fam? Any good? Ju Jing Yi's dramas/acting has let me down in recent years but I quite liked The Blooms at Ruyi Pavilion. I also like Liu Xue Yi so am tempted, but I've been burned before
