Dubbing costumes is really hard, if your voice is too modern Chinese audience complains big time. We int not fussy abt this, but C au.are very fussy. LYX is well recognized for his dubbing even in the dubbing VA circle, that's why only him dub. Now even this BL VA is already being scolded in China saying her voice is not soulful enough.... VA is highly celebrated in China, C audience is v critical to their work as well.
