In Mortal time, TTJ didn’t know LSS only YXW whom was cruel, humiliated & abused him. Even if TTJ is a prince & YXW husband. After LSS became YXW & saved TTJ many times, he was confused & kept his suspicion. For TTJ whom fr birth 2 adult, everyone close to him tried to kill, abandoned & humiliated him, his status lower than servant , he must have hated YXW..

With his Non ability to feel, after he became King, TTJ started to be really cruel after he agreed to her request to make her Queen. But bfr wedding, he used his body to shield her fr arrow but she injected nails to him & said her true purpose is to kill him. That was the last straw 4 TTJ. YWX (LSS) had to seduce TTJ to make him love her so she can kill him. IMO as a dark Demon, what TTJ did to YWX as story line make sense.
YXW was cruel 2 him but then saved TTJ. Then he was cruel 2 her but saved her, then she tried to kill him & he was cruel to her again.
This is why the real ending of the novel is BE, but author gave HE option please some readers. I hope for HE in the drama cause I know it’ll change a lot. But for the Novel, IMO, BE is more appropriate.

Which chapter are you asking? Cause silk worm effect is every 3 months then every 2 months & YXW must sleep with TTJ. So, throughout mortal realm they did it many times. The in the novel when he was YXW husband, TTJ actually felt repulsive each time he had to do it cause the aphrodisiac affect only work 1st for TTJ but not after.
He took silk worm antidote 'cause he wanted 2 free himself fr cruel treatment in the palace as hostage prince. But if he didn't take it, then YXW need to have sex with the cubby guy whom she tried to trap YBS with. TTJ has better treatment in YXW house than in the palace even if everyone there was also still cruel to him.

So that’s the real reason The Wolf took 3 yrs to air. I thought it has something to do with XZ incident. We can guest the extend of TTJ darkness water down in the drama if Immortality air first. Interesting see how they reduced TXJ darkness and compare it to TTJ later cause both dramas have the same screenwriter & production comp. I just hope that TTOETM does not run into the same problem as The Wolf then.

IMO, they kept main storyline but not the detail. TTJ chose YBS but still tried to save LSS when she fell (after being stabbed by knife). LSS pierced the remaining nails to his heart then died. We also see some scenes in BTS where TTJ kept LSS corpse and his bother came to confront TTJ whom gone crazy by then. So that’s how they perverse the storyline.

In drama looks like TTJ has marital art capability, in Novel only after LSS death and injected her soul to give him power.

As far as I remember, only when "the silk worm effect" appear on LSS. TTJ does not feel the silkworm poison (only first time) but not after, whereas for LSS, she will be in excruciating pain (can’t remember if she can die ) if she does not have sex with him each time the poison resurfaced….But in drama we won't see any of that....

He knows LSS will be sent 500yrs back to kill him, so he made a bet, if LSS can make him feel for her, and if he still has to die, he will die saving people. But his real reason is he hope LSS will change his destiny so he can be alive. He is confident he won’t fall for LSS ‘cause he is heartless.

I agree, A regular Hero drama is waste of his acting range capability. I anticipating how LYX will surprise me again with TTJ, show us the different stages of his developments. Also switching between 3 characters in TTOETM. One Psycho & Mad, one Cold and one “Kind” (kind but still has remnant of his evil bone). …I also want to hear how his voice delivery for TTJ madness…
