I think what make K drama more exciting for Netflix is no censorship while C drama too many nonsense that take away from the story. 🐧 gets most of its revenue from Gaming as the world largest game company and not film. At least we hv to wait till end of '23 to see if 🐧 willing to sell HYX. This is just the sad reality; all they care is $$$ nothing else. As for Netflix, with so many lucrative cheaper Korean drama, does HYX really have bigger audience that per say Squid Game?
Why korean drama is cheaper, cause C actor/actress gets paid 8-10x more than korean actor/actress. Also korean drama episode is short, C drama is too long.
