oh yes! The wedding gown is beautiful! You'll love Yu Zhi, the main male character the most though he has his flaws. He is adorable! But you may have to bear with the female lead. She's a pain.

When the drama was airing, no one knew what the ending was like. Everyone was speculating: Was it going to follow the novel, hence a tragedy? Was it going to change to a more palatable ending? Was the whole thing just a dream? No one knew and we were all anxious. I love the ending though. It concluded everybody nicely. The only thing is, the aftermath of this drama - my mind is still on it after almost 1 month completing it.

Agree. They tried to put in a lot of suspense and build it up to --- poof! -- nothing!

I checked your list and you have watched so many dramas from so many countries. You're really a pro. I didn't see Destiny's Love and Nice to Meet You on your list. These are not top notch dramas, but I love the actor, Zhang Ming En, who acted in both, and did a pretty decent job. I love his characters in both.

This one has fewer twists and plots then Nice to Meet You. Zhang Ming En is great in both (adore him). Love the female lead for this one, dislike the female lead in the other (either she or her character confuses me). However, Zhang Ming En's character is really a darling in Nice to Meet You, which also has a happy ending. For this one, the ending is kind of open ended.

Watch both if you have time. Zhang Ming En is great in both. I like the female lead in Destiny's Love, dislike the female lead in this one. But Zhang Ming En's character in this one is really really adorable. In Destiny's Love, he is cute too. He sang a very nice song in Destiny's Love - I have to listen to it everyday.

Yes, he really loved her. When he first met her, he was thinking of using her. But then, as they spent more time together, he fell head-over-toe in love with her. Having said that, he still hadn't forgotten his mission of getting close to her in the first place - that was to kill the Danchi Chief who was also Xiao Feng's grandpa. Lives didn't mean much in the hands of politics and power. After he lost his memory of her, and she was destined to marry his older brother, he fell in love with her all over again. That's the thing that makes this drama so painful to watch and yet so good.

If there are any boys/men watching this drama and reading this, they should memorize this line. Pretty sure they can get the girls of their dream.

There's no problem with the leads. The problem is with the editing - the episodes, especially the final few, were badly cut.

I know, right? Imagine you have someone so powerful behind / beside you all the time. With a wave of his hand, he could realize your wishes. And he tells you, "When you fight, I'm your sword; when you retreat, I'm your shield." That's the sweetest thing to say to any girls. My heart melts.
