@DrKay I did not really like this show. With so much hype and the fantastic cast, I was left feeling disappointed. A lot of the show I fast forwarded or skipped. HOWEVER, (someone please correct me if I am remembering incorrectly), but the family wasn't allowed to go to Germany.

If I recall correctly, Yoon Eun Seong did something so that they were legally not allowed to leave the country. Something like them being charged with something and they were a flight risk. Something like that.🤷🏽♀️
I have to be honest. With such high ratings and KSH, I expected a better drama. I just finished episode 6 and I am really not impressed with this show and it is a struggle to keep going.
Please tell me... Does this get any better?😕
EDIT: I'm going to try to keep going. 1) It isn't TERRIBLE! There are some good parts. 2) I HATE dropping shows. 3) I don't currently have anything else that I REALLY want to watch.

I long ago had given up hope that this would happen! I remember loving this drama. I usually never rewatch dramas, but for this one, I think I will watch the first season again!!!💜
I made screenshots of dramas that introduced 10 characters and more in one episode just to remember the names.…

I TRULY HATE dropping dramas. Part of it is that I hate not knowing how something ended. There have also been times that I have gone back to watch dropped shows and ended up absolutely loving them! I guess sometimes I'm just not in the mood for a certain type of drama.
A couple of dramas that I've dropped and still haven't finished are: 1) Vincenzo- it started well, but got so boring. I probably will finish it because I was more than halfway through. 2) Hospital Playlist- I could not get into this one. I think I struggled through 3 episodes and then gave up. 3) One and Only- So boring. I didn't care for the main characters. I think I made it to around 4 episodes. 4) Killer and Healer- I just dropped this one a few days ago. I heard it was a good "bromance". It was so confusing to me. They just kept throwing more and more characters at me. I couldn't remember anybody's name!😕
I think all of these dramas have good ratings and some of them I dropped really early on, so I would love to know if any of them are really worth continuing. I'm willing to try since I didn't HATE any of them.
Thanks for the great review. Although, I didn't it rate as low as you, I agreed with everything you said. I wanted to see if I wasn't the only one who LITERALLY watched this in 1.5- 2x the speed!

Before even clicking on the link for this article I knew Lee Kwang Soo would be on it! IMHO though, he is the only one whose casting I would agree with.
JUST MY OPINION: I HATED Jin Mi! I cannot possibly list all the reasons why I despised her! I'm glad they did not end up together, he was too good for her. The two main male characters (but especially Run Yu) made it possible for me to complete the drama.
I honestly don't think I have ever read a review that said eveything I was thinking, as perfectly as you did with yours! Seriously! The only thing I disagreed with was the ratings you gave it. I totally understand why you did though. I just couldn't give it such a low rating. The parts I did like, I really liked. And WDH? WOW!
