Sweet little romcoms like My Mister, Signal, Life, Circle, and Stranger, you mean? I have quite a few more I could…
I'm not acting like those are the only dramas that exist. I was being extreme to get my point across, which I thought was clear but apparently not. So here it is, even if it's not a romcom, dramas are still toned down because of how television works in korea. They are not allowed to be graphic, that's why you'll even see knives or cigarettes blurred out.
You asked me not to attack you, and I don't think this is an attack. But your comment was honestly so unnecessary. Like no shit romcoms aren't the only dramas that exist. But they're all censored and it's not because of some kind of "asian morals" like so many comments have been trying to declare.
Dumbass whataboutism helps nothing. It is the south korean government that is at fault here in this instance.…
I'm not sorry about what I actually said, I guess I'm just apologetic about how I went about it. When english isn't their first language it makes it more complicated
I wish the styling was different for the ML, he looks nearly identical to how he looked as Cang Xuan so it's hard for me to separate him from that character. I was able to watch him in I Know I Love You, I think because he looked so different in modern style. I'm going to have to put this one on the back burner for a while. I just finished S2 of Lost You Forever a few weeks ago and I'm still fucked up about it ðŸ˜.
So this is obviously trash and toxic and abusive BUT...it's also kind of fun and sexy. It's fiction, we all know this is inexcusable behavior irl. But sometimes a dark twisty goofy dog blood drama does the trick.
She really is so hot and has a different look to her than most chinese actresses. She was my favorite female character in Go Ahead by far. I'm glad to see that she has roles in some major dramas coming up soon. Even if she's just supporting, that's how you get your foot in the door. And she's great, I'm excited to see more of her.
Its fkn irritating , im a straight guy from South India, Bangalore. The reason i watch Kdrama is cz its not explicit,…
You've apparently never seen a korean movie. They're not trying to be white you racist asshole. Their films have always had content like this. Dramas are only family friendly because of strict television regulations. You trying to dictate what's "Asian" or not is ridiculous. Are their movies that they've been making for decades all of a sudden not "asian?"
It's so funny to see people trying to say that this is korea "trying to be american" just because there are explicit scenes and violence. Have you guys never seen a korean movie?? The only reason their dramas are so tame is because they have strict regulations for television. When it comes to their movies, they are just as explicit and violent as any american one you've seen. This is all so stupid and shows how little people actually know about the korean entertainment industry outside of the sweet little romcom bubble they've kept themselves in.
looking forward to this one. cheng yi always delivers and li yitong is still way way too underrated with how talented…
She is brilliant and has been since her debut. It makes me so sad she's not more popular. Royal Nirvana is probably my favorite work I've seen of hers, she performs with such intention in her acting. I hope this drama really boosts her popularity
I love to see LYN with LYT here. She puts her all into her projects and doesn't half ass with chemistry and intimacy. LYN is really going to have a chance to excel with LYT in that department.
That's what I was thinking. She just got cleared of any crimes so it was unlikely that it would air right away…
Theoretically she should be fine as she was cleared of any tax related crimes. As someone said in a different comment though, I agree that someone has it out for SZE so if they were smart they'd release her dramas sooner rather than later. I also understand though that they put a lot of money into this drama and want to get the most out of it that they can.

Genuine question here - is english not your first language? Because if it's not your first language then there may be a language barrier here. The questions I asked were rhetorical and make sense in context and aided the point I was trying to make.
