The writing here is smart, mature, funny, sweet, the OST is 10/10, the acting is perfect. Each episode has been better than the one before it. Wow. Could this be my new "Best BL of 2020"?

This is the first GL I've ever watched. I'm a little sad that Kokoy and Elijah won't make appearances but I've enjoyed the first two episodes.

Yes. I had high hopes for this show, but I'm seriously sooooo bored. I actually stopped watching half way through this latest episode because I stopped caring what happens to each of them.

I want to personally thank the Philippines for saving 2020 from a lack of good BL's. You guys have kept me entertained throughout all the stress and disappointment living through quantines and lockdowns. I stan!

Surprised it's his first role, as he seems very natural with his acting skills. Great choice for the co-male lead .

Overall I enjoyed this show. I loved all the actors. The flow of the show and some of the editing were not the best, but no major problems from my pov. I'll gladly watch a season 2.

After watching ep 13.5 I really notice what made me absolutely fall in love with this series. The writer is a master of putting together really emotionally interesting dialogues between the characters. Not many writers (especially for BL's) can put together entire shows where there's so little actual action but you're still glued to the screen and leave you waiting for more.

The acting of 90% of the side characters, the writing, dialogue, plot, almost everything with this show is a disaster. The only way I get through it is fast forwarding to the scenes with Ongsah, North Strong, Oat and Mai, the rest of this is very cringey.

Gameboys exceeded my expectations. I rarely rate anything 9 or above but this deserved it. This really goes to show that you don't need huge budgets or huge set to put together an amazing show. All you need is great writing, great actors and a director and editor that can put it all together to make magic. I feel sorry for any other BL's coming out in the next few months or maybe even the next year because I'm going to compare all of them to the standard GB has set.

I'm sad it's over. Not sure what I will watch now. :(

From the special this week they explain that "....that entire four-minute CaiReel confrontation took five days to shoot, with Kokoy doing it in 27 takes and Elijah doing it in more than 30 takes...." I commend the director and the actors. They put in serious hard work and it showed.
