Netflix's slate is pretty full and they already have some dramas lined up for 2027, so if they do decide to postpone this drama then they won't suffer much. I kind of think they'll just release it though. Tax evasion doesn't carry the same weight as drugs/DUI/assault and the like. But who knows, it's a big story.

You would think it was a given that Lee Jung Ha would be in Moving S2 as well but sometimes main roles are recast because the original actor can't/won't do it. Confirmation is nice.
