Ahhh, you're right! But the dead CEO alluded to her having sex with those 2 men (the chairman and the other guy) too. We'll never know, but it drove her to end her own life.
My best guess is Sang-Ah found out, and that's when her path to darkness started...
Young-Dae takes me out with his overdramatics sometimes! 😂 The scene at Tae-Jin's speech had me cracking up. Also, In-Ki has become straight-up annoying. She was mildly irritating, but now she's pissing me off. WHY are you so hell-bent on marrying your stepbrother/half-brother? The whole forbidden love/soulmates angst is cute, but I can't bring myself to care about them at all. I don't care about their romance. Not even a little bit. 💀
The husband wasn't involved, complicit at best since he never saved Ji-Soo. But directly involved? No. I don't know if the ex was raped, I think if it's coercion, then it'd definitely count as such.
I mean, if she was "robbed" what about others like Lee Yumi, Go Hyunjung etc? They were better but you…
Go Hyun-Jung technically counts as a hallyu star- Sandglass (1995) was one of the first "mainstream" k-dramas. Same with "The Great Queen Seondeok" where she played Lady Mi-Shil.
I liked Dear X. It's rare for a drama to have a sociopathic, villainous female lead. Kim Yoo-Jung's acting was incredible. The fact that it got snubbed (along with Park Shin-Hye) is crazy. The actors in Dear X were all pretty good. Go Hyun-Jung got snubbed too, and she's a legend. 😬
If I recall correctly, Han Ji-Soo was Sang-Ah's ex. Ji-Soo was a mostly unknown actress who was forced to star in 19+/R-rated movies, while also being pimped out to powerful men by Oh Kwang-Jae. I'm not sure if everyone involved got punished, but OKJ and Park Jae-Sang are dead, Yang-Mi's in prison, and Chairman Kwon was in a coma for about 2 years. Sang-Ah was determined to take down that trafficking ring/web of power & money enabling it. She was arguably successful, since she took down Yang-Mi.
This is a female version of Five Fingers now... 😂 from the business plot, that one actor, the birth secrets, AND the melodrama! I blame the FL's (Na-Young) sister!
On episode 34 now, so now Na-Young and In-Ki/Su-Bin know that they're mother & daughter. Cue more misunderstandings and histrionics... decent drama so far, but DAMN, does it drag on! It's mostly boring.
My best guess is Sang-Ah found out, and that's when her path to darkness started...
Also, I fear that I do not care that much about Min-Jae and his love story with In-Ki... ðŸ˜
