I have never personally watched the Korean version, but I enjoyed this one. The female and male actors played their roles really well. Only complaint I have would be Lin Xiao Chun's bangs haha XD

Ahhhhhh I loved that drama so much! I totally agree, the plot you described is pretty much Moon River! I actually had a problem finding the title of this one too because I watched it in another language, meaning the title was translated weirdly, but I found it later on in English :)

I just finished this and I couldn't agree with you enough on why this drama isn't more popular! It made me realize I have to enjoy my high school years before they disappear and the whole storyline was just realistic, in a drama way.
