same here; i jumped from ye shiqi to xiang liu. i'm sure there's plenty of fans who did too 🤣if he was only…
agree! i totally get what you mean. but it’s not that i want the current tushan jing to revert back to ye shiqi; that wouldn’t hit the same.
i was speaking from my perspective of watching the show for the first time. since his true self hadn't been revealed yet in the earlier episodes, we only knew him as the ye shiqi they showed us. that shiqi left such a warm impression on me that it felt disappointing and a little heartbreaking to find out that he’s actually SO passive, and someone who says they'll do something but never follows through. like where’s the shiqi who showed up bravely at chenrong’s base?? 😞
idk why I like xiang lu more than tushan jing , he seemed nice as ye shiqi but later idk why I don't like him…

if he was only ever ye shiqi, i might have liked him as much as i liked cang xuan. but it's a shame that his weak and indecisive tushan jing ruined the fondness i had for his sweet and protective ye shiqi...
is rahee or puku the female lead? who does the male lead love? cause I'm skipping through ep 30s and it it's not…
puku is FL. the title literally has her (real) name in it. lahee gets a lot of screentime since she's an integral character.
for who ML loves.... i'm pretty sure he loved power more than either of those girls LOL
it's not lahee; he pretended to love her so he could earn her trust and thus take over her nation (nakrang). on the other hand, his feelings for puku/jamyung were more genuine especially when they were younger, but it seemed to have gotten overshadowed by his greed for power as time went on.
cold ML who eventually opens up and becomes soft to FL.cliché af.and i'll eat it up everytime LMAOAOrewatching…
the last part of ep 8 <3
it's really heartbreaking seeing yoonsuh go from being so vocal about his love for hana to masking it and encouraging her to marry ryu 😓 he changed so much in those two years.
YOONSUH COME BACKKK 💔 that ending never happened idc yoonsuh and hana are still living together happily in my mind
what a bittersweet feeling. listening to the ost, it makes me want to re-watch again, 100 times more. i'm going to play my favorite parts over and over.
(also- yoonsuh is not autistic, why do people keep saying that 😭 he's just emotionally closed off. autism is something you're born with, not something that suddenly appears after experiencing trauma. his dad even said something along the lines of, "yoonsuh has been like that since his mom passed away" --> proves that yoonsuh never behaved that way prior to the incident --> yoonsuh doesn't have and never had autism)

rewatching this, one of my childhood dramas. hana is such a crybaby but to be fair she went through so much, and is very sweet and genuine so i forgive her lmao. i used to be so obsessed with lee wan and his character here—especially that second part of him being a mafia/gangster? never expected that but he's so cool i'll take it. and his smile?? his voice when he speaks gently?? 🫠
who wouldn't love an ML who loves you secretly, gives you gifts, protects you, and has his silly sidekicks prepare special events for you? AHHH i feel like i'm in middle school again
although the leads look adorable together, this show is quite problematic now that i see it under the lens of an adult. i would've definitely avoided this if it was released today.
saving legend of the female general's episodes so i can binge it on the weekend... waiting for moonlit reunion…
you and me both haha. i started this drama for yang zi (became a fan of her after watching ashes of love) then ended up staying because of tan jianci. also came to appreciate zhang wan yi
i was kinda looking forward to this but i'm ngl the first two episodes were so meh
they jumped to he yan's rebirth/revenge story so quickly, so how are we the audience supposed to care about or root for her, or even just understand how she feels? and don't get me started on the plotholes and plot armor (only two episodes in btw)
i believe it

whoever's styling jianci in that show needs a raise cuz he always look extra fine there. even chinese fans said "it's very husband material" 😆

this is her ig for sure though! https://www.instagram.com/landy_leeeeee?igsh=MTZ0ZXRsZXA3YmFsNg (and her oldest post is from 2017, which contradicts the above user's statement)

top comment in the first video:《不想不想你》🤣🤣
