- Married couple trope where the husband cheats on wife with a mistress
- Messy revenge plot (as in a lot of things happen and reputations are ruined)
- Dinner with husband's parents and a fight breaks out

Both dramas include genres of revenge, mystery, drama, romance, and infidelity. The characters featured also similar in the sense that we have a strong female lead, a cheating + lying husband, and an evil mistress.

The World of the Married is a bit more explicit in skin-ship and has a dark vibe overall with the FL being overly obsessed with the revenge aspect. It's more of a thriller and definitely not for the faint of heart cause it leaves a lasting impression even after finished the series.

Overall, it's a great watch but WILL leave you traumatized since the characters are so well developed and you get a chance to connect with them and sympathize.

It's a school romance and has similar vibes. The two main leads develop a friendship that slowly blooms into romance. Both male leads (the love interests) are looking to make friends with others and our other male lead ("hero" in a sense) helps him do just that and become more outgoing.
