However the thing that I did NOT like about the end is that Hiargi literally tried to commit suicide in front…
Also, didn't Hiiragi take off his glasses before falling? cause if that were me, he took his glasses off so do i believe this guy or not? could he just be doing a stunt? they played his "dont believe me when im not wearing my glasses" as he doesn't intend to fall.. but that could definitely be interpreted as he's not actually going to fall and he was intending to fall, hoping kayano would grab him
However the thing that I did NOT like about the end is that Hiargi literally tried to commit suicide in front…
definitely agree that trying to commit suicide in front of Kayano was very distasteful, especially since Hiiragi knew what happened to Kayano on that very day. they're all still teens and imagine if she didn't catch him, the things she'll have to go through
sorry but Ryota was easily the least impressive actor of them all. he literally had the same face the whole drama. just goes to show not every idol needs to start acting.
Basically, she likes Tenma for the person he is but she loves Haruto more.
Whenever Oto is with Tenma, she feels conflicted like there's this pressure for her to present herself as the best version of herself since Tenma is... perfect lol. There are some scenes where her indecisive self starts overthinking lots of things like whether she is suited to be Tenma's fiancee or not, it's more evident in that scene where Tenma takes her out for dinner, she starts to ponder lots of things regarding Tenma, but gradually more specifically herself as a person.
But whenever Oto is with Haruto, she gets to be herself and be at peace while having lots of fun with him (without her realizing it.) Towards the end, she starts to realize that she likes Haruto after all and starts to think of ways to start doubting her feelings like ignoring Haruto, or always mentioning Tenma's name albeit always thinking of Haruto.
TL;DR when she's with Tenma, she has to be the best version of herself. when she's with Haruto, she gets to be herself.
Do you have to watch the original Hana Yori Dango to watch this sequel? I watched Boys Over Flowers version but…
No, you don't have to. This is a spin-off. However, some characters from Hana Yori Dango will show up but they still tell you who they are and you kinda get the gist of their characters. If you watched Hana Yori Dango, you will find yourself fangirling since it's been 14 years!
Apart from the last episode, where they revealed everything, some scenes felt like they were repeated just with…
But do watch at least season 1 though haha, the show was good. but when you start watching season 2 and 3, you start to realize every episode is really formulaic.
Amazing acting by Suda Masaki as usual, he's shown and proven his good acting in a lot of different dramas, he is a versatile actor! Katayose Ryota who plays Kai is easily the least impressive actor here, he has the same face in every episode geez. Very thrilling and suspenseful drama and has many very meaningful stories. Perfectly fine soundtracks, very fitting with the tone of the drama. Would definitely see myself rewatching this. Those who are only starting to watch this, consider yourself lucky because it was painful to wait for a week for the next episode, it was THAT GOOD.

student does something wrong/bad, ibuki goes to lecture them, if that's what you're mentioning (in the first 5 episodes?)
if that bothered you, oh boy all three seasons of gokusen would probably annoy you lol
Before you come to a decision, let's think first.
