I just realized that Mame is the same writer for the blLove By Chance. In that bl she let Tin and Can developfeelings…
Considering how little the rest of the series reflects anything she's done before, I doubt it will end like that, lol. It's clearly going to end with everyone happy
Honestly this cursed episode 11 could have been a lot worse. So I’m not really mad about it. Definitely wasn’t…
Ha, yeah, it was actually pretty decent. I'm glad they didn't go the route of Leo and Fiat misunderstanding each other. They are both fully aware that neither did/would cheat, and that it's all a ploy by King
I quite enjoyed this show. I can't decide if it was a Chinese Aerospace propaganda drama masquerading as a romance, or a romance with a lot of propaganda thrown in (if you didn't know it was based on a book, you'd think it was the former, lol), but either way, it was lovely to see a couple just being together, with no drama or angst. If you just ffwd all the scenes where Yu Tu is at work (it adds zero to the plot and you won't miss anything by doing it), it's a very sweet series. Yang Yang and Dilreba are lovely together, and have very nice, natural chemistry.
What a sweet movie. I look forward to season 2 and seeing what happens next with Gav and Cairo. I assume Gav will make new friends and not have time for Cai and blah blah blah, but i believe they'll do it in a watchable way. And i like Terrence and Wesley so i'm interested to see what their storyline is next.
Yes, I had seen some comments about the issues the show had faced. Some of the criticism is valid but the people hating on it for portraying e-sports badly are overreacting. This is a fictional tv series, so of course it's not going to be exactly like real life. I wonder if those people also watch medical dramas and complain about the lack of accuracy in the heart surgeries, lol
This is definitely a drama to watch for the romance and NOT for the e-sports. I don't care about e-sports and don't watch shows where that is the main focus, so for me, this drama was cute and fun, and that's all I wanted it to be. And whenever there was misunderstandings or any kind of angst, it was basically cleared up within a few episodes, which was appreciated.
i feel you on this. the main plot is filled with tropes and it's just not enjoyable to watch. maybe it's because…
I don't know about comments on here, but I do know that my friends and I who watched the series have all really enjoyed it, so I think there's a good chance the rating is genuine. Amongst the people I know watching it, I haven't seen many negative comments, and we were all waiting each week for new eps. Having said that, MDL ratings are always relatively high even with really bad dramas, so I don't put any stock in their ratings anyway. People will rate shows without even watching them, so they're not trustworthy, lol
