For wanganyu drama it’s going to air in cctv. The director of xy and wang appeared together at cctv conference. It’s an automobile drama with ml centric plot. There’s no fl at all in the novel. So ss fans joked if she was going to play an uncle. It’s not that worth mentioning since she’s just going to guest as cameo in favour for the director. Same like what zly did. Ss already has md airing on cctv, so she doesn’t need to be in wang’s drama. This is all for the director

We gotta applaud ss for choosing scripts. Some people can't accept TUS' ending bc they think it's BE. I'm quoting a passage someone mentioned" we are too obsessed with endings. This world offers so many great lives and beautiful loves to witness and experience, yet if the ending isn't to our satisfaction, we immediately label it a tragedy. Or, conversely, if there's a moment of redemption in the end, a lifetime of injustice and suffering can be completely disregarded. Does only the result matter, and nothing else?" WOW. I 'm so glad other's are getting more thoughtful insight after watching this drama. It's not just a regular fantasy, it's very thought provoking!

There's always a reason why ss chooses her script, not just the plot but the message it leaves the viewers.

I noticed this actor, Dai Xu, looked very charasmatic and manly but he looked familiar and then I realized he was in The Unclouded Soul that I'm watching. Wow, he looks really good in modern

The human kingdom 10,000 years ago was fragile, the kingdom was a lone tent in the desert, it visually captures how small, weak, and vulnerable humans once were compared to demons. I really appreciate the director’s idea of using this contrast to show the massive disparity in population, power, and prosperity over time

I've noticed, and also it's been mentioned from other people that even though TUS has been slandered since day 1, the results are much better than other previously aired dramas with proper promotion.

I get where Aohen is coming from, demons are superior than humans bla bla bla, but if he didn't do what he did then human HY wouldn't have been pushed to this extent and all of this might've been avoided. Also, who is that female "goddess voice" that's showing human HY the path. Is she even a real goddess or a scammer.

What I'm still a bit confused is whether the Dragon, Princess NA, and current XY are reincarnation??? Like why do they look the same in each life time? I get that XY timetravelled back to those bodies, so everytime HY meets them it's XY's soul.

I think it has to maybe to with his family? His father was in the military, maybe a general, but was framed. So his goal all his life was to join the military and fight for the kingdom. It was mentioned in his background flashback

The stats, ratings and viewership doesn't align with what marketing accounts are posting, saying it's not a good drama, when TUS has surprisingly been beating other shows, even after it's run. It has the highest rewatch viewership too. I keep seeing posts of people rewatching and saying it feels different rewatching a second time.

I initially was hoping to reach 1billion, but I thought it was a bit ambition given what happened with marketing, but it's actually coming true! TUS has alread completed it's run, but the ratings and viewership is still continueing and is still in no 2 or no 3 spot, which is amazing!! All these marketing accounts trying to sway the public opinion, but whomever watches the drama knows how delightful it truly is!

I would like to see her play as a villian, like the character zly played as illusion immortal, or charmaine sheh played in Yangxi palace. Basically not a villian entirely, but does things that are against societal acceptance or immoral for the sake of something they valued or believed, however those value or belief causes heartache and understanding for the viewers, so they sympathize the character instead of demonize her. An antagonize that's loved.

Right?! If a cp is loved by public and successful, most tend to collab again knowing viewers will tune in the drama. For ex, Meng Ziyi and Li Yunrui from Blossom, now filming a 2nd collab, Luoyunxi and Bailu etc. so many 2nd collabs. If ss collab with rjl again, it would be such a hit. But, I think for her, she has her own values, she doesn't want to collab just to get popular, insead she looks for the script, producer and director. If the script speaks to her then she'll take it.

I'm really not that in to republican spy and fighting Japanese type of plot either. ss wore qipo before, she did that really short clip of her being a spy and then grabbing the gun from the man and aiming at him.

Wangduo mentioned on his live stream they went for dinner after filming hi6, and they rode in the same car and they were discussing about Tus, and how ss was taking about a scene she really liked of bz. I would love them to collab a 2nd time and he can be ml!

There's melon with chen xiao, but for sure she won't be equal string I feel like, which I'm ok with if it's a big production. There's also another rumour where she's a guest role (like zly guest in TUS) in Wang Anyu's automotive drama bc of the same director.

I want her to act in modern, even though she's only done a handful of period in her career, it's already too much haha, I would like a variety. Since MD will be airing then Against the Current, I already get best of both world. after Against the Current, another modern would be nice, and then period. I'm actually really looking forward to MD bc it's very different from her modern drama, since MD is in the 80s so it's still a different era. I don't particularly want idol romance anymore since she's done a few. I definitely don't want republican I hate seeing that period, also she's already done that. She acted as a spy I think but a small role. I actually don't mind if she does wuxia haha.
