Drama is fun but it is very inconsistent and illogical.
in one episode, the ML is doing Olympic level acrobatics to avoid death lasers and in next he is struggling to scale a wall with brick protrusions, which a 6 year old child can manage.
fun but this is lazy and stupid writing with no respect for viewers.
Who writes these dramas? And how does one direct these dramas without questioning the crap that's written?
2 young boys who have not hit puberty are madly in love with 2 girls. They are at an age where they don't differentiate between boys and girls. These boys would be busy making friends, playing and be bit rowdy. Instead, they are madly in love with young girls and have the general demeanor of an adult male.
Kdrama characters are becoming more and more from alternate universe than ours.
Imagine a incredibly handsome man walking past you & you notice a big shit stain on back of his pants.
That describes this show, episode 3 killed it.
Korean dramas have been progressively getting worse and worse & here they make small children kiss. The writer and director must be pedophiles for even thinking of such a story line.
So true. I tried watching 2 to 3 times due to ML but I just can't.
After ALP, Xu kai's dramas have all been terrible.
While this drama was pleasant, the ML role was like most Cdrama ML roles, a dildo to the FL. Everything he did centered around how it impacted the FL. There was no 'his' story, he was part of the FL story and that's that.
It looks that is going to be about a cheating man that ruins everyone's life around him.....ONCE AGAINCommon writers…
Cheating man and cheating woman.
husband thinks his wife gave birth to his child. Wife thinks she pulled a smart one by faking other man's child as her husbands, not knowing her husband has another child.
I think many FLs are made that way to give them a tomboyish personality, because guys usually interact that way…
I am all for ML thrashing/cheating/abusing FL I am also all for FL thrashing/cheating/abusing ML
After all, these are dramas and each character has an arc they go through.
In dramas, actions need to have consequences. Only then those actions make sense. If any drama shows ML or FL assaulting/abusing/cheating or even treating others as shit, it also need to show that those actions have consequences. Consequences can be many, one is karma doing same to them or them learning what they did is wrong and have character growth.
but, in kdrams and even Cdramas, FL abusing/thrashing ML is shown as comedic. This is pure assault and these FL don't face any sort of consequences.
Imagine if some one called an african using the 'N' word and the drama makes the whole thing funny. Now imagine almost every Kdrama using the 'N' word on africans as funny. That is how these assaults are like.
Characters in a drama can be as bad it comes. As long as there is logical end to their actions, the drama will be ok.
These......they are just pure assaults by the FL shown in funny manner. Wonder if viewers would accept ML thrashing FL to pulp being shown as funny?
And yeah, FL getting piss drunk is another unbelievable Kdrama trope. You know where the drunk FL are shown as cute....
Drama is fun. The hacker-skunk duo is the heart of the show. Where i thought the FL would bring alot on the table…
That lady is a darling and every minute she is on the screen, the show is that much enjoyable. Both that actress and character just brightens the show.
I think many FLs are made that way to give them a tomboyish personality, because guys usually interact that way…
If that is the case, they should fire people who are writing these dramas.
men NEVER interact that way. A group of men who are friends have a understanding of what is off limits. Try hitting one of the friends like FL does ML and there would be blood. Another thing is off limits is your mates girl. Ex or otherwise, strictly off limits.
If any man acted the way FL does with his mates, he would end up in hospital.
The FL's projected in this drama and many other dramas are atrocious. If it is cultural, it is a much bigger problem. At this point, these dramas seem to be trying to say men getting physically beaten by women is perfectly fine since the men are unreliable or corrupt etc etc.
A question, can there be reasons for ML to thrash FL as well? most Kdramas have a 2ML with whom FL has a very questionable relationship. A perfectly good excuse for the ML to thrash the crap out of FL. Another example would be this drama, the FL enters ML house and gets a peek at this bits. A perfectly valid reason for a nice beating. Imagine if a man entered a women's house like that? He would be thrashed as per Kdramas.
Or do you think men should never beat women, no matter the reason?
lastly, being a tomboy has nothing to do with physically beating other men.
An entitled moron who thinks it is her right to abuse and hurt, especially the ML. The ML is fully capable of thrashing the FL to an inch of her life but somehow he is supposed to pretend to be meek and subjugate himself to the thrashing and abuse from the FL.
Every character in this drama is interesting, except the FL. She is the typical Kdrama FL.... an abusive loud mouthed moron.
The abusive FL is very unappealing. Kdrams should get over this fascination that FL thrashing ML is funny or alright. It's not alright and it just is disgusting to see FL's in Kdramas being characterized in this manner.
Decent story, not unique in Kdrama land but had enough thrills, suspense and romance.
FL nailed her role and probably carried the show. ML role was good but the actor needs more experience acting in romance scenes. Watched him in 'All of us are dead' and he was spectacular in that drama. That role of a brash young guy fits him more than a more nuanced role as this one.

Forget sexual experiences or dating, the ML in most Kdramas is ever only attracted to FL and no other girl.
Even in this drama, the guy basically is shown as attracted to only FL and no other girl in his life.

They feel like western dramas played by Koreans.
Until few years back, Korean dramas used to showcase it's own culture and history.
Now, every character is trying to ape the 'white man'.
Most of the newer dramas have lost their charm.
That describes this show,
episode 3 killed it.
Korean dramas have been progressively getting worse and worse & here they make small children kiss.
The writer and director must be pedophiles for even thinking of such a story line.
I would rather the ML be a goofy wimp than be abusive Ahole like the FL.
While this drama was pleasant, the ML role was like most Cdrama ML roles, a dildo to the FL.
Everything he did centered around how it impacted the FL.
There was no 'his' story, he was part of the FL story and that's that.
Poor second half.
husband thinks his wife gave birth to his child.
Wife thinks she pulled a smart one by faking other man's child as her husbands, not knowing her husband has another child.
Shit is spread all around in this one.
I am also all for FL thrashing/cheating/abusing ML

She was supposed to be smart but the list of dumb and dumber things FL did in the drama is what made this drama such a shitshow.
The suspense was not that great but over all a solid drama with nice characters.
