I have been seeing Kdramas since 2019 or so and I never seen a ML in any Kdrama like the current FL.

While I agree with all your points generally, they are NOT true when it comes Kdramas and Cdramas.

We are NOT talking about MEN in Kdramas or WOMEN in kdramas. We are limiting our analysis to the ML and FL in kdramas.

In many Kdramas, the ML's don't ever even make eye contact with any women except FL. That is an extreme conservative man, when it comes to the love and sex aspect.
