I agree she is wilder in her ways than Rouxi, I guess Rouxi embodies the modern woman so she doesn't push it too far, but Jin Yu's awesome in the fact that she starts off like she has no clue about the world. I loved the way she used to talk to her dad, and I think it's when she first meets Huo Qi Bing (can't quite remember, or was it another character) she blatantly says it out loud that he's handsome XD
I think I'll live with Eddie so long as he puts on a good performance :)
I know, it's gorgeous! I hope they finally decide to air it, it's been like forever~ since they said they would. I think it had something to do with SARFT and censorship rubbish. Gah I don't care about political messages any more, just show me some pretty!

when I heard something like CL was his ideal my eyes were 0_o, but Ivy and him would make a cute OTP. acutally i think ockoala did an article later on and she had this totally amusing fanfic playing that Eun Shi Kyung hadn't died at all, just abandoned king and country to go live in Taiwan to stop putting his life at risk. And then something about cheating on princess Jae Shin with Ivy lol.
Umm I guess she's being given the traits of a guy this time around. Usually girls figure out their feelings faster than the male counterparts, maybe it's a take on gender and role reversals? As smart as the drama was I still didn't like it all that much. It took me about 3 years to finally finish it, not sure why I did though. Lol i hate the awkward kisses, but lately I think I've seen some better ones *cough* Roy Chiu <3

I think it's supposed to be a hyperbole, a sort of reference to Anthony Kim's character who is a self professed know all PD. Which he sort of is, conniving, Machiavellian butt head that he also is.
Ah I think I've heard about that, is it the one where they go to different counties and date and stuff?
Ha, thanks for the reccomendation, I'll try to :)

Looool the power of Eun Shi Kyung is still up, running and formidable XD The fact that he was paired with Ivy was twice as good, can you sense the girl crush? :p
The acting is good, it's another side to Matsujun for sure, there's no over acting or exaggeration that you might usually see in Jland. But I think while I appreciated that aspect of realism in their acting, the story felt a bit...I don't want to offend Omni (she still has awesome taste in dramas) but it felt a little like going back and forth and then sometimes not going anywhere. Sumire took her real~ sweet time figuring out that you can't treat humans like pets. And even if you did, animals have feelings too. Her cold distanced self could have taken the shorter route to self understanding if only for the viewers enjoyment i guess. Meh I'm not much for realism anyway.

Yh that's where I've been reading it as well, I really like Yu Jin's character, she's so fearless and says whatever she likes. It does kind of remind me of Rouxi in a way as well, her boldness and her dialogues are just really fun to read in and amongst the political stuff that's going on.
Actually I've been meaning to fan girl over her Luo Lan outfit from all the stills, Shi Shi looks super pretty *_*
I haven't read Yun Zhong Ge yet, gah~ not a huge fan of sad endings, but I think I'll read it just to see what it's like.
20 episodes, Hawick Lau and pretty costumes...tempting
I had a recent look it's actually 36 eps according to some sources, I would have thought close to 50 as well since it's a period drama.
Ah~ well still Hawick in something that appears worth watching and the Manchurian outfits look great even if they're a little off.

Hi, I wanted to ask you what you thought of Da Mo Yao, since I started reading it kind of late, I missed the chance for discussion. Since I read that you've read it, I was wondering what you thought? :)
I think some of it's been subbed, not sure how far though, on gooddrama.net

It's airing tomorrow! Yay! Si Hoo, Nam Goong Min, Moon Geun Young! it's finally on XD ah~ i had to spazz after I realised *_* You're going to keep up with this one as it's currently airing right? Please tell me you are, or else I'm just going to end up bummed out with no one exert the sheer happiness with. (yh I know the plot sounds like garden variety chaebol and poor girl but pwetty please) ^_^
This drama is dubbed!? This is the first time I've heard about this. Why though? They all can speak fluent Mandarin?…
I don't think it's got anything to do with the production being rude to the artists, but the fact that most of the audience won't be familiar with the accent like you said. And well if the main audience doesn't understand the language it goes beyond the point of watching it.
Also when they do the dubbing most actors don't have the time to come back and do their own voices be that due to their schedule or w/e which is why it gets dubbed.

As for Yeo Jin Goo...damn he looks old enough to play a 17 yr old. I'll admit I don't want him to start playing lead man just yet, it would be kind of hard to ship that, and to be fair I don't think there are any lead actresses that would be around his calibre and his age yet. Although Kim So Hyun does give everyone a run for their money. I think dramaland has been gifted with some future generation actors nevertheless.

I agree, I think I liked him most as Yeo Woon in WBDS...and it wasn't just because he rocked the guyliner better than I've seen most idols do, but probably 'cause his expressions matched his angsty character. That was one role he pulled off much better compared to his recent Arang character...I'll admit I did a lot of fangirling over him for that at the beginning, but I think the character lost its wind half way through. The whole 'wise and taught' character felt hollow by the end of the running. Kind of a shame really, some of that goes to the writing though.
Lol I don't mind Yoochun's hair, and his character seemed like the only one bringing in some sunshine to an otherwise really~ dark drama. I kind of found his moments with his mom the better scenes, there's already so much melo going on, that it's almost overwhelming in an emo kind of way.

How are those dramas you mentioned? I've heard lots of good things about Rich Man Poor Woman, I think Oguri Shun even earned himself an award for his role.
I'm currently watching, Full House 2, King of Dramas, Miss Rose & Drama Go Go Go :)

Okay I give up! The name just irks me, who in their bloody minds would stick the name Harry Borrison on a face as pretty as Seung Ho's??! I know we had this conversation earlier, but I assumed it was Yoochun who got pegged with that disaster.
6 episodes in...mmm...I'm not sure about MY...it's a bit meh...the script is kind of weak, I get they're all emotionally damaged and stuff, but they keep reminding you that every freaking second of the drama, whether that be when they're taking showers fully clothed to simply walking down the street *bam* flashback.
Also I think I've finally discovered what's missing in Seung Ho's acting...he emotes...A LOT... so much so that I don't even know what he's emoting sometimes, is it anger, frustration, hunger, constipation? Ahk~ I wanted more out of this drama, kind of disappointing.
I think I'll live with Eddie so long as he puts on a good performance :)
