At 9: I think I give up, romantic-comedy style is soooo boring. Can't imagine this becoming exciting.
No joke, I felt the same as you up till then. Last 5 eps REALLY did it for me. The historical story is just too heartfelt to miss.

To be very honest, I only found it very average the first 8 eps and was only interested in the historical element of the drama. The drama peaked afterwards and made me laugh and cry like a baby in the last 5-6 eps.

Yu Jin-O managed to intrigue me enough and dragged me past ep 9, while the historical story carried me through the remainder of the drama.

He's making a comeback but in a Cdrama. Ugh why?? I can already imagine the horrible dubbing. Even before his enlistment, either him or his manager were poor at picking projects- none of them had been exactly good after 2013. It's such a pity since I wish to see him in a solid main role with a good script.

It's a historical drama so male hairstyles are much more limited. Esp since she's a girl dressed as a man, letting down her hair would be too obvious. Her makeup also can't be as strong as in the modern period drama.
