Well basically it's about a hacker, which due to some circumstances, finds himself forced to help Japan's counter terrorism organization called Third-I in stopping a terrorist/cult group from spreading a deadly virus throughout Tokyo.
You know when they say that a drama is full of surprises? Well this is undoubtedly in top of all of em. You thought you know what will happen but really you don't.
Did I tell you how great and amazing it is? Yes? Well, still, I need to say it. It's amazeballs! XD

Yeah. The protagonist was handed a crappy life apparently. He gets to be the hero in the end but a victim throughout. He's very pitiful. :(
