He's Sa Eon's dad. The reason why he looked so flusterred was because it seemed like the Chairman was making a whaled threat/ snide comment by comparing the dad with PSE and PSE's deceased grandfather.

Step dad is from the wealthy family. Her mum seems to be her bio mum unless there's more to the story. Her real dad was divorced by the mum after he got sick so she can eventually marry the chairman (she was originally his mistress which is why she keeps forcing HeeJoo to do all kinds of crap to keep the chairman happy).
