What I like about XW. He left JXN alone when he thought she liked Yan Li, and later ZZ, even though he probably started to like her already. He only started to be more forthcoming with his intention for her after she broke down to him about leaving ZZ.
I don’t know why but I really liked that it was JXN who made the final stab to kill Lord Pignan because she…
I like that it’s not XW who killed both his bio dad and lord Jingnan. It seems wrong no matter how bad these characters are. So, it works out even better that JXN dealt the death blow to lord jingnan.
So satisfying, I still can't move on. I still have shows on my current watch list, but I don't want to watch them, and instead, hovering in this forum trying to absorb more essence of SoKP.🤔
i was stunned by xiewei's armpit hair for a moment lol. CMIIW but i don't think body hair are something that we…
I saw it, but thought it was rare, too. Well, the director is from Hong Kong, so he's not as strict in following all the unspoken rules in Cdramas, I suppose.
I really enjoy this director's work. I've been following all his latest projects, and to me, he always delivers. Some of my most enjoyed dramas are directed by him and his team. His team's use of lighting may be a bit excessive to some of you this time, but it didn't bother me at all. Overall, it doesn't take away the great experience and enjoyment I got from watching SoKP. I'm looking forward to his next project which also stars Bai Lu!!
- XW’s scholarly clothes and how he looks in them;
- XW’s guards;
- How XW constantly brings up ZZ’s name to JXN out of jealousy;
- JXN protects Yan Li at all cost;
