It's one of the best for me as well. I pay attention to bgm more than OST. If this one is the best for you, then I HIGHLY recommend The Long Ballad because it's the ONLY drama I remember its awesome bgm pairing, and I've watched a lot. Happy watching...and "listening." 😁

Honestly, I didn't care to know more about her ex-husband. While he was on-screen, he was so suspicious all the time. 2ML moved on and cut him out of her life as best as she could, and now he's a thing of the past. And I also don't have to waste more mental energy watching his sorry face with gazillion excuses. 😁

Ep 24. Pei Zhen is such a sorry character. One moment, you hate him. One moment, you feel bad for him. But, up to ep 24, it proves that no matter how nice he is at some moments, he truly is his father's son - rotten. They both did horrible things to steal the woman they love.

I'm up to ep 23. These two continue to be so adorable!!
The way Zhi Yu takes immense delight in seeing Hu Xiu getting jealous over his female friend is too cute.

I think she had a hard life after her ex husband passed so she's just content living an easy life now. I don't believe she's waiting for revenge. I don't think she knows what her current husband did. If she did know, then she chose to "escape" mentally because although he's a scum to everyone, he's treating her like a queen. Overall, she's portraying the traditional weak housewife.
