The main characters like to go clubbing, consuming alcohol and other drugs. The inviting event in either one of these shows is a birthday party.

Dramatic Thai thrillers about uncovering who is responsible of the murder of one of the characters. Lots of intrigues, complex and messy relationships/friendships, plot twists.

It follows boys who participated in a survival show program like Producex101/idol trainees. The show realises romantic relationships that may have taken place off-set in real life.
Furthermore, three of the actors have particapted in kpop survival show programs themselves -two in produce x 101 in particular, hence the recommendation.

Both are BL dramas that feature the main characters starring in a Uni-play that is gay version of Romeo and Juliet. Main couple teetering the line between friends and lovers. Some toxicity and jealousy.

Boys Planet is a reality show, while Love Class 3 is a minidrama, yet they share some similarities. The characters (and actors too) are (partly) ex-idol-survival show contestants, aiming to debut in kpop groups. A central element in both is the relationship between the characters themselves that is or at least teeters on romantic. Boys Planet attracted a lot of attention because of the close bond between two of its contestants (Hanbin, Hao) and, so far, alot of fans see Love Class 3 taking inspiration from that/or have drawn parallels.
