If China didn't censor non-heterosexual couples so much, they would truly have the most amazing shows. Like this show is soooooo gooooood but if they didn't edit anything out?? Would've been a masterpiece !

Gu Hair rapes Bai right in front of his ex-gf because he gets jealous and wants to 'claim' him. That scene is only in the novel but its some sick, twisted shit...Bai is kinda traumatised afterwards but he eventually "gets over it" and gets with Gu Hai...I thought that was the dumbest shit ever. It's only after then, shit gets a bit more consensual but it's not worth it, there are much better novels out there.

in the novel there is a full on rape scene and it is quite disturbing, i really dont know why the author would write it in tbh

episode 1 seemed to be mocking all the bad BL tropes, which I loved, but then episode 2 seemed to just fall into these tropes?? like damn Nubsib, i dont really like you right now...

ngl, I really hated their relationship and absolutely despised their toxic dynamic but I felt that they were necessary to tell the story and definitely differentiated it from other romance/drama movies.

This story specifically features 2 very flawed characters finding comfort and heartbreak with each other, and it does a damn good job at it.

This show is so damn impressive in that it is a genuine crime mystery that features a prominent gay relationship. The mystery itself was really good in that new information was sporadically revealed, keeping you on your toes. The characters were all played really well too! (I <3 Inspector M hehe)

The best way to watch this is to 100% avoid all spoilers possible, just to keep the intrigue fresh and surprising !!

All 3 stories were very light n fluffy!! There weren't really any serious complications so this makes for a good, light hearted watch

Just finished it and wow, this series has the best cinematography and colour-grading I've ever seen. It was so emotional, raw and sweet. Definitely one of the best releases of 2020. In fact, of all time
