This movie is criminally underrated for how good it is. The romance is so perfect and the wuxia and sword fighting is phenomenal!!! One of my all time faves !

I watched this in the Mandarin dub and it instantly became 10x better. The movie itself wasn't that bad but I wish Michelle and Donnie had more scenes than the younger leads, especially since the audience is more invested in Michelle's character.

This was so damn cool, no wonder it's considered a classic. Both female leads were absolutely dope.

But aww man, did Jen really have to do that at the end :((

CGI was really great in this, way better than in the last film!

This was quite good but I do agree with the other comments on how the ending leaves you with many questions without answering them, like the ex-girlfriend and the upcoming prom. I guess it leaves plenty of room for a sequel though, so fingers crossed!

Woooww, the animation they use for flashbacks and explaining stuff makes me feel like I'm watching a live-action video game! I dig it!

This series is incredible!! The amount of detail and recurring references in the storyline is really well done, and the the production value is through the roof! The characters are so smart and seeing how everything falls into place is really satisfying.

The royal family and the politics between them is apart of the plot so its mentioned alot, but the main character himself just does his own thing, so politics isn't the only thing the series focusses on. There is a lot of it as the series progresses but its mixed with other stuff too :)

I'd describe this as a slow-burn romance just because the relationship is developing naturally without any rush. I can see how they'd make season 1 about them realising their feelings while still acting like friends and then season 2 is where they romantically open up.

Also, the filming locations are so beautiful omgggg

The cinematography was really pretty and the new scenes made it so much more cohesive than the series.
