really good series on competitive sports and the friendships, hardships and aspirations that come with it! i loved the track team, their bond was so wholesome - especially how they supported each other and lifted eachother up when they were down
i do wish the series explored more of the characters and had given them more of a backstory, especially for the coach, tian fu and zi ji - their stories had a lot more potential but felt pretty watered down
highly recommend if you like friendship and sport dramas!

The subplots focussing on the vulnerabilities of the lead characters were absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight, especially shao peng's struggles with his disability. The actor killed the role and portrayed all the emotions so so sooooo well - just his portion of the show alone made this go from your average loveable taiwanese bl to something realllllyy special - loved it! but wish it was longer!

this show is as excellent as it is because it presents to the audience an extremely controversial topic and refuses to dilute it with unnecessary tropes and secondary storylines and instead, supplements it with incredible actors playing intelligent characters that each provide you with a new perspective, whether you agree with them or not.
from the very first scene i knew this was gonna be an exceptional show! the romance may have been mild, but i preferred it that way as the focus stays on the story first and foremost, which only emphasises the simmering romantic tension and personal conflict between the two - just absolutely chef's kiss!!!
this will definitely pick up some awards and I sooooooo recommend it if you wanna see some seriously good television that tackles a serious medical dilemma - prolonging life no matter the outcome or taking it away prematurely, but with dignity

nah, it starts off as a one-sided crush until they become 'bros' and then her tiny crush on him goes unnoticed and she ends up with a side character - they are friends for the entire show
its a nice wholesome show to watch after a long day that doesnt have much angst or seriousness in it, perfect for when you are in the mood for something youthful and lighthearted
i loved the older brother tho, everytime he graced my screen i knew i was gonna be laughing - his scenes rizzing up the cafe owner baddie were my faveeeee
ok so this one is about the twin sister ! I'm fine with that but why did it feel like they wasted soooo much time on everyone but her?? like the first and last 30 mins are very good but everything in between that wasn't about the twin, her new friends or the army chick + her sidekick felt like a massive waste of time that could've been used for more character and story development
overall it had great potential so I'm not sure how they made such an interesting premise as lacklustre as they did but luckily the last portion of the film was worth it action-wise
this is perfect to watch after a stressful day - no intense drama, angst or adult themes, just pure, wholesome friendship, youth and character development!! i loooooveddd it!!! all 7 teens are adorable and face their own personal hardships, allowing them to grow and mature into young adults by the end.

the action was goooood - a bit too bloody and gory for my liking but kickass nonetheless! but tbh everything else kinda fell flat for me, especially the dialogue...it was alright, something you watch at least once i reckon

i think its slipping out of a lot of peoples radars because its being marketed more as a 'queer' drama rather than a bl one - and i think the typical adolescent bl fan doesnt want to venture over to those dramas despite them having some very good bangers. its a shame because this is a brilliant show and deserves its flowers

The dynamic between mishima and kirino is so bittersweet and interesting - one is living out the other's dream and gets bullied because of it but the two gradually become besties - like that is an amazing concept to see play out on screen and i wish we got to see more of it.
i just didn't expect to love this so much! if there's ever a sequel, I'm there!
i wanted something to watch while hitting some za so i chose this but i think that was a bad choice on my part! i really think this could have been so much better if they had made the editing and transitions between scenes more cohesive!! like once the next scene had started, you had no idea if it was the next day or a flashback or a couple hours later and it was quite distracting trying to figure it out yourself
