this is perfect to watch after a stressful day - no intense drama, angst or adult themes, just pure, wholesome friendship, youth and character development!! i loooooveddd it!!! all 7 teens are adorable and face their own personal hardships, allowing them to grow and mature into young adults by the end.
the main trio is lovely and the main duo are sooooo cute - their development by far is the best thing about the show. They go from dislike to annoyance to hesitancy to friendship to best friends!! lan jinhui is definitely the star and the actor killed the role!
if you had a relatively good high school experience, you will definitely feel warm nostalgia when watching this - i know i did!
the action was goooood - a bit too bloody and gory for my liking but kickass nonetheless! but tbh everything else kinda fell flat for me, especially the dialogue...it was alright, something you watch at least once i reckon
i enjoyed the friendship we got between the two girls tho and hope they reunite again! pt 2, here i come!
I hadn’t even heard of this one and I follow BL pretty closely I started watching. I couldn’t stop This series…
i think its slipping out of a lot of peoples radars because its being marketed more as a 'queer' drama rather than a bl one - and i think the typical adolescent bl fan doesnt want to venture over to those dramas despite them having some very good bangers. its a shame because this is a brilliant show and deserves its flowers
i adored this!! i thought it would have been pretty dark and hard to watch but it was surprisingly lighthearted and so so so sooooo wholesome (mostly).
The dynamic between mishima and kirino is so bittersweet and interesting - one is living out the other's dream and gets bullied because of it but the two gradually become besties - like that is an amazing concept to see play out on screen and i wish we got to see more of it.
i just didn't expect to love this so much! if there's ever a sequel, I'm there!
i wanted something to watch while hitting some za so i chose this but i think that was a bad choice on my part! i really think this could have been so much better if they had made the editing and transitions between scenes more cohesive!! like once the next scene had started, you had no idea if it was the next day or a flashback or a couple hours later and it was quite distracting trying to figure it out yourself
i think the writing could have been better too, especially with the time they had - some more plot between do hoe and hyeon ho would have been nice to explain things and add sympathy while the main couple could have had a lot more going on
it is cute but it is an incredibly slow-paced slice of life romance - no drama or plot whatsoever, just two characters and their feelings
some flashback moments are too long and the story was overall quite surface level, nothing too deep or serious - a good choice after you watch something scary/heavy and reallllyyy good if you are trying to fall asleep with something in the background
i went in expecting a lot more mystery and thriller but ended up with a semi-mystery drama....and by drama i mean lotssss of drama. Which wasnt too bad overall but kinda felt too overacted or dragged out at times.
I did like the last two episodes a lot tho, it made the drama go from 'preachy' to something to actually think about.
the overall message will always be relevant in the era of internet where everybody can hide behind an anonymous screen and say the most vile shit - AI does not help either with all the deepfake shit spiralling out of control
Psych Hunter is an ok drama. I'm watching it right now, and at this moment I'd rank it 7/10 (probably 8/10 if…
tbh, he was the best thing about psych hunter! only thing that made me finish it hahah he looks so massive and manly there compared to this show, where he somehow appears so boyish!
i actually enjoyed this quite a bit! its defs more enjoyable the less you know about it so be warned! don't ruin…
i would have preferred if the lawyer was an actual proper lawyer and that the fake muzi was shen man - and if the story was reorganised so that there was a much bigger cat and mouse game between fake muzi and he fei, while he gets the help of lawyer on the side. And then the reveal would be that it was all a set up (same as the movie) but that shen man had contacted the lawyer from the very beginning and that her alliance with he fei was just to extract a confession
i actually enjoyed this quite a bit! its defs more enjoyable the less you know about it so be warned! don't ruin the surprise for yourself by scrolling through reviews and comments!
the acting was great, especially in the scenes between he fei and the 'fake' muzi!! their dinner at the beach gave me such Mr and Mrs Smith vibes and brooo, i saw the vision! those two playing opposite each other in something similar would be a dream!
while the main reveal could have been done more thrillingly, it was still something i wasn't expecting so i was cool with it - it does leave you with a few questions tho, but what can ya do
i see that there's a series being made with the same plot so im keen to see this story spread out in more detail! hope its good!
I’ve just started it but I wanted to ask, how long does it take for the truth to get revealed. Does it take…
things start to unravel around episode 5-6 but it isnt until episode 10-ish when the truth about one of the murders fully comes out - the rest of the episodes unravels the truth about the other murder.
Finding out all the details pretty much takes up the entire drama
Guys I am genuinely asking cause I’m still on ep 8 but does Jun Woo get mad at any point in the show. Cause…
Im guessing he is so meek and passive because he has to be...any wrong move will just reinforce the idea that he is a murderer so he has to be super careful about how he speaks and acts with others. his family's reputation and safety is also on the line so he has to be careful otherwise his mum will be facing the majority of backlash.
jeong woo is one of the most UNLUCKIEST protags I've ever seen...when all the details finally came out and we…
but i am confused with how su oh didnt get charged with anything at the end? surely he would have been hit with some sort of misconduct with a corpse or interference with evidence or something right? or does his mental condition overrule everything? idk
jeong woo is one of the most UNLUCKIEST protags I've ever seen...when all the details finally came out and we found out who was involved in what...holy shit man it just kept getting worse for my boy
this show was really something. it was executed amazingly and every episode had you suspecting the involvement of somebody else. i enjoyed it a lot! especially moments with our trio - wish we got more of them! its a great crime thriller!
