What's her love language in showing that she loves him, does she also show her love through her actions? That implies two people being caring towards eo.

I'm glad you found it romantic but like I said, I asked because romance to me is both people being in love and paying attention to each other and being as devoted and as caring towards eo, if it's just the ml alone then I don't find it romantic just like most people wouldn't find it romantic if the fl was doing everything by herself, it's both for me.

What's her love language towards him? Because you said their love language and then mentioned just his actions. When you say small acts of care and genuine affection do you mean from both sides or just the ML doing everything like most dramas? I want to watch this but to me romance is a two way street and both need to be as invested and as devoted.

I binge watched it yesterday and my frustration is I personally don't care about forced kisses or steamy scenes, but you say they have a beautifully developed relationship and then the only thing people talk about are MLs feelings and care towards her because that's all there is, their rlsp is entirely one sided like the vast majority of cdramas.

I for one don't believe a romance should be like that, if there's no balance and equality (something like Fated Hearts) in the strength and depth of their feelings for eo then it's not romance to me but unfortunately almost every cdrama is the exact same in this regard, ML falls first, falls much harder and does everything which is disappointing since she was very devoted in the novel.

From what I know of the novel, the fl is very devoted towards the ml and it's about her helping him as an emperor. Does the fl in the drama have feelings for the ml so far or is it just him falling for her and constantly saving her?

This sound short and sweet, how balanced is the romance? Does it lean more Wanna Be or more Sniper Butterfly.

Oh yeah Overdo and PR are sooo one sided it's crazy, but honestly it's like 90% of cdramas and kdramas right now, every ml is a loser in love down bad from ep 2 and every fl treats him no better than her puppy. No I just watched that scene and a few others, but all the talk I see on twitter is about how down bad the long haired ml is and how he's doing this or that hence my apprehension.

How different are these ways bc all I see is the ml who said he follows him like a dog (per his words) taking constant initiative and being obsessed with the other, what's the way the different way the other ml shows his love? I know people love this drama but this is a matter of preference, in heterosexual romances lately the ml is always portrayed as so much more in love than the fl and people LOVE that but it's not my thing in that case either.

Thanks for the answer, I don't think it's gonna be for me, despite the fact that he might be firmer that most other leads, you said he doesn't show his love as much which to me means he's not as in love since this is a story and if he's not showing it then it's not there and I don't like that in my romances.

Yeah I don't love that, he never tried to move on but she did but aside from that my question is does she love him as much as he loves her? Is she as protective, as devoted, as caring etc towards him as he is towards her.

How balanced and mutual is the leads love for each other? Because I was under the impression this was one of the rare cdramas where the fl is as devoted as the ml but reading the reviews and comments now there's a lot of emphasis on the ml's love and devotion just like every other cdrama...

LFY was the one I had the most hope for, it looked like it could be really equal, it sucks that the best we can hope for in terms of romance dynamics is a ML that spends 20 episodes deeply devoted to the FL and a FL that gives him a small percentage of that affection in the last few episodes.

I miss real romance, true mutual devotion where you couldn't tell who was more in love, epic love stories where it wasn't just he's a hot loser in love you can pretend is in love with you through the screen but a story that stands on its own and makes you believe in love. BOP sounds like my actual nightmare, testing my patience doesn't seem like description enough for what watching a ML be insanely devoted to a FL who gives him nothing in what is supposedly a love story...

She's been through stuff with her ex but ML has through soooo much worse in such a short span and yet.... the FL gets to be hesitant and treat him like sh*t and he needs to be the greenflag that will do everything and take any kind of treatment, make it make sense.

It sounds really interesting, I was wondering is the fl also as much wife material as the ml is husband material? Does she care about him and support him as much as he does through her actions or words (I mean actually in canon not just what we want to believe) because all I see is people saying they're healthy but then only talking about the ML's love for the FL .

I'm curious about this drama but is she as much of a greenflag towards him as he is with her? Because a greenflag ml is every drama but a greenflag fl who loves him as much as he loves her is extremely rare.
