The first half is adorable. The growing romance is the best part. The second half is intensely predictable with the forced action scenes replacing too much of the sweet romance. The ending is too abrupt. 7.5/10
They are the classic sweet couple from the beginning of the relationship with no evil mother-in-law or aggressive exes tearing them apart. Definitely, in the Love O2O group of easy to watch warm fuzzy dramas without the relationship headaches! Worth watching. Solid 9/10
The only reason I will continue to watch is I am dropping or deleting more dramas this year than before. So, I want to add more completed to my list even if they are mediocre. It's sad because most of the ones I dropped or deleted have good or great casts and suffer from poor writing like this one. I just hope the rest of the year has dramas with better entertainment values.
He was very hard to ignore in Heavenly Sword even with only a few lines. His facial expressions and body language spoke volumes! I need to see more of him in lead roles.
A light comedy school drama with a touch of romance and a heavy unexpected ending. It is too short since it is only 6 episodes. Not enough to get in deep with the side characters. They were mostly forgettable. The theme is different from the usual school drama which is a plus. 7.5/10
I liked it enough to skip jump through the middle to see the relationship develop. The forced plot near the end and the extra filler chapters were the hardest to take. Good chemistry between the leads even with the age difference. 7.5/10
The storyline and dialogue are the weakest links in this drama. Starts out with thought provoking suspense and a little sci-fi. Then, the plot gets unnecessarily complicated and lame. The actors are doing great including the supporting cast. I love Nana’s character as a strong female with a little vulnerability. It’s a good match for the male lead.
It’s the typical cute cliche idol comedy with a touch of romance. I knew Sung Hoon would do great in this role and he delivered. He had good chemistry with the female lead. I did not expect the second lead syndrome from Kim Jong Hoon who gave off similar vibes as Ji Soo did in Angry Mom! Adorable and cleans up well! He will be difficult to ignore in future dramas especially with that angelic singing voice. The ending was too abrupt. There should be 1 or 2 additional episodes to show the aftermath for more of the characters. It’s a rare too short drama (10 episodes). Still entertaining and worth watching. 8/10
This is one of those movies where the subject matter would not appear to work to make a great romance with all the tags of an elderly disease, divorce, and more. But, this story unfolds in less than 2 hours and draws you in. The emotions are raw and the relationships are believable and often beautiful. 9/10.
