I know they film the trailers first, but at times they try to at least semi-replicate scenes. This happens with Why R U. the scenes used in trailer were not exactly the same, but at least elements were kept in the show. And as I said, it's not only about the trailer, but how they promoted the couple on twitter, to nowt really have them that much in the show later.
Also, just because they filmed the trailers before the show itself, does not mean this technique cannot be criticized. They knew Prem and Boum were extremely popular BL couple after UWMA and they used that knowledge to promote the show and get more viewers to watch the show. I agree that expecting this show to be full BL would be ridiculous since the main character was Praewa and everyone knew that BUT expecting to see a bit more than was given from Prem and Boum is not jumping to conclusion with the way the content and trailers were shown before the show aired.

Never saw a trailer of the show that gives time for a side characters that dies before the show truly starts. And they did it here. The trailers as you said put the best and, I strongly believe, most important parts in (that's why I don't watch trailers of shows anymore, coz they spoil the whole show). So if the kissing scene was "best and important" why wouldn't people assume there will be more from the "couple"? And as I said, they didn't even put the same clips they used in the promo in the show itself. They used BL couple to gain publicity but now it's biting them in the ass. They were posting just the scenes from the two guys as a promo on the twitter. People had some expectations for them to be rather important part of the plot. They were not, People are disappointed.

when you have 30 seconds trailer, you don't put in useless stuff that are not the part of the main plot and that significant. So when you have the kissing scene and the "taking care of you" scene from one couple put in the trailer, it should be safe to assume this will be a significant part of the show. It was not. They also posted clips of the two on twitter before the show aired. If that's not promoting the show by using popular BL couple, I don't know what is. Especially since they didn't even use said clips IN the show lol
As I said, I didn't care that much about there not being a gay couple, since I watched it for horror and black magic, but I cannot blame people being annoyed with the "lack" of content that was promoted in the first place.

about BL aspects for this show, I think a lot of people are "disappointed" coz they promoted it STRONGLY with Prem and Boun and their kissing/love scenes. With trailers and promotion they made it look like there will be a love line for them and it will be a significant part of the plot, when it fact it was not, it was barely there. So they tried to get BL fandom on board with the show by showing said clips, but then they did not deliver with what they made people believe the show is.
I didn't watch it for "the gay couple" so I didn't mind (still was hugely disappointed by the end), but I cannot blame people being annoyed if they started watching it after watching trailers and some promotional shots.

She was using a device from the future that hidden her true age (so she will not scare the child, she was suppose to look the same age as her past self). For Tae Yi the physics professor, she ain't part of the Alice yet, so she is not using the device. In the future the device makes no sense either. it would mean she would have to have that device in her ear 24/7 even during the child birth lol
Truth to be told Kim Hee Sun's character's age makes no sense for now hahahaha

the conspiracy is money. I found this reasoning the most realistic so far. Scientist found a way to time travel and the big company now uses it for the profit. People being driven by money is the most realistic thing ever haha As for the clients, they all have their reasons. Mother trying to save her child, abused in the past person trying to get a revenge.

Can we talk about plot holes after two episodes tho? Sometimes dramas explain things in the last two episodes. The only problem I have with this show so far is: how old Yoon Tae Yi/Park Sun Young suppose to be at any given moment. We know Sun Young's age in 92 being 25. But what is Tae Yi? Is it her before she joined Alice? Wouldn't take make her younger than 25 lol That would be a bit too much for Kim Hee Sun to play hahaha With time travelling shows, I appreciate when they drop the info about characters age right away coz it's easier to figure out the time line...

This one has many "origin" stories as it's hard to pint which one it is exactly. But it's based overall on the assumption/idea that if you open the "dog" filter on your camera (or any other filter that is suppose to detect the face) and there are elements of said filter floating around your face, it means there are ghost right next to you, as the filter detected their faces. That least that's what I gathered. Rather than urban legend, it's more based on a creepy pasta.

oh. Okay. But you have to look at it from the production team perspective. They can't just take a thing from the internet and make a show out of it coz that might be copyright infringement. Hence they have to tweak the source material.

they don't need to tho. They never do in movies and shows Book and comics adaptations? Always change things about plots and characters. Same with stories based on urban legends and creepy pastas. Truly have no idea why it's so important for you for it to be exactly as it is written on the internet, when no matter how you play it in real life: it won't work. and as I said, I have no idea how does the copy right issue work here and how it even works in Korea. Chances are they could not use the original rules simply coz they did not have rights for it.

the elevator game does not work even if you do it correctly. It's a silly creepy pasta. That's why I said it does not matter. There are at least 3 different ways to play the game that I found on the internet.

there might be some right issues. They might have had to change the details to avoid any copyright issues. Truth to be told, I don't even think the detail about the floors matters.

I know the rules, I asked you to specify what do you mean by "play wrong" as it could mean "the characters broke the rules" or "the rules were presented wrongly in the movie". Here, the characters broke the rules. That was the point. They were suppose to not take it too seriously and not really believe it, that's why they talked to the lady and died at the end.

if you mean by the rules being different: maybe (I don't know all the rules by heart tho)... that said there are many versions of it on the internet.

yeah but it's not really BL. It's questionable if it even has a gay characters, since what happened between Kin and Nat was caused by black magic..
