I'm saying it here: Forensic dude is shady af. At the end of 8th ep when he said 'I told him not to chase him but to wait for him' I think he was talking about Ho Young (the prime suspect of the murder) not Seon Jae. It adds up with what Jae Yi said in the next scene. That Ho Young started leaving the bodies in display as a bait for Seon Jae. The 'leaving bodies' is the 'chase' forensic dude was talking about. It just feels like he is involved in the case and with Ho young somehow. He acts weird too. Like, the overall aura of the 'villain with a plot twist' from dramas.

After writing I read some ('some' haha like 3 pages) comments and I see few people think the same way which just makes me think it's even more possible for the forensic guy to be involved. I'm not the only one who finds him shady.

The start wasn't as strong as Signal's but it's getting there. Definitely good drama that everyone should try watching.

I am so confused about whenever people can or cannot see Jin Oh. There was this scene where he was 'talking' with Ji Seok right after Se Joo accused him of hiring ghostwriter. Technically Jiseok could have talked to himself but even with him talking to himself not Jin Oh it sounded like he DID something shady about Se Joo's manuscript so what could it be? He said it might have been cruel and he almost got caught... so what was it? What did he do?
Bang Jin could have seen him coz she has some psychic power like her mother and she doesn't even know about it. That's easy to explain.
Also the scene with Se Joo's father? He might have not seen Jin Oh but the original manuscript for 'Fate' but then why would he said to Se Joo that he shouldn't have it in his workplace? That just doesn't make sense.
Also, he himself acts like people can see him. He even waved to Se Joo's father.
We know WHO he is in terms of his relationship to main couple but WHAT is he? Some people in comment say he might be a ghost but then he could have just disappear when Se Joo's father came into workplace... instead he tried to hide under the table...
His character is just so confusing.
Also he is SO annoying but that's just so charming hahaha

What do you not understand? I can explain some stuff if you want

1st of all: I do not talk about laws in America, since I am not from America. Also the rhetoric: it's not in a law of my land so it's not a crime, is wrong. You're logic would mean rapes of spouses are not really rapes coz it's not in the law of some regions, since marital rape does not exist in countries like India.
Also by Korean law if a guy have sex unconscious girl it's not a rape since there was no 'violence or intimidation' in the act. Would you agree with it?

Men often do not press any charges because the society work this way: man who 'get's laid (whenever he remembers it or no) is lucky'. That's why it's so important to educate people that this is actually a rape. I myself know a ma guy who was raped by his ex-girlfriend: never pressed any charges coz he didn't even know he was raped. That him not wanting to have sex with her but her using the fact he was drunk he was nearly passed out was actually a rape case. There is a difference when 2 drunk people have sex and when one sober person have sex with someone heavily drunk.
And about the fact that men are stronger than women: when man is drunk he might be even weaker than woman because he does not have much control over his body. When you are drunk you feel like your body is twice as heavy. You can barely stand, so there is no way you could fight.
We also need to take into account her state and the motive of her actions: a sober person 'having sex' with someone so drunk.
Truth to be told the scene was REALLY badly captured: it's impossible for him to be not drunk enough to be able to be on top of her and 'take the lead' but at the same time not remember anything next day. Because if take into account he was on top for some time you can argue it was not rape, but if you think about the fact HOW MUCH he was drunk and he definitely had no clear idea what is going on: it could be seen as a rape.

your way of thinking suggest that woman cannot rape a man. Which is not true. In cases of female perpetrators rape means 'force to penetrate'. Erection is strictly physiological reaction so man can be unconscious and still get erection. Psychologically speaking rape has the same consequences for man and for woman (if we speak about the act only. Obviously if a woman get pregnant form rape, it has bigger impact on her mental state, but not all raped women get pregnant from their perpetrators). Also I have a question: IF a girl is drunk but not enough to be unconscious (so technically she can say no) and a guy who is sober have sex with her and next day she does not remember anything of what happened BUT she did not resist, would you say he raped her or not? If you say she was not raped then we don't have to discuss is anymore because we have a little bit different view on what rape is.. If you can yes: you have some weird double standard going on.

law is law. Someone who is heavily drunk cannot give a consent. The same way if he would sign any contract while being that drunk (and he was REALLY drunk since he woke up with no memory of what happen, which we can assume after seeing his reaction) it would have no legal meaning. As you said, the situation is tricky. It would be different if they would be both heavily influenced and had sex. Person drunk to that level person has a clearance of the mind of a child, basically. He wasn't just tipsy. He blacked out...

I think he decided to not 'go to heaven' or whatever he was suppose to go because he promised Eun Tak to meet her every year when the 1st snow falls. It was his decision to wander the dessert with the hope of finding his way to his true love?

yeah, the drama is good tbh, every character is interesting. I just don't like the idea of leads being together in a romantic way...

Yeong Joo and Dong Joon better not end up together at the end or I won't be able to give this drama higher score than 4.

there are only 2 eps out which makes it even more amazing how they committed enough crimes for all 16 eps already

it's just an overall fear they will f it coz there was so many dramas recently that were suppose to be awesome but ended up either bad or just so-so. I have some high expectations for Tunner hahaha
