Wow, that is too funny of a comment... I've also heard that Liu has more scenes than Jing, and some of Jing's scenes were cut... I guess fans from both sides are seeing what they want to see. Unless someone counts the minutes, than we won't have an answer. I personally feel that Liu's scenes tend to be more impactful, stronger, more entertaining so they leave a deeper impression on people's minds even if his air time is less than Jing. And, I generally gloss over Jing's scenes as he's more passive... and there's not much going on. If I recall, there were quite a few episodes when XL didn't really have much air time after XY was discovered and came back as Princess, and those episodes had a lot of her, Xuan, and some Jing.
