For me, what matters the most, is the original creator's intentions. I couldn't care less if some random viewer deems a series to be BL or LGBT based on their own preconceived notions if the original creator's vision doesn't align with that. Not to mention that BL is still technically under the LGBT umbrella—whether they like it or not.

I think it's because it's a more comedic series, and not everyone is into that, which is fine. However, one of the takes I have seen going around, is that taking on more comedic characters must mean it's a "downgrade" for Earth and Mix?—as if versatility isn't a good thing when it comes to acting. As a fan of the original Ossan's Love, I think they're doing a great job so far, and I'm excited to see what they do with the remainder of the series.

That isn't asexuality. She clearly just didn't like the act itself. That is indeed a preference. Being asexual means you experience little to no sexual attraction. You can still have sex without experiencing sexual attraction as libido is a completely different thing and not related. I do agree with how she absolutely should have communicated her feelings on the matter from the beginning, but I really don't think it's because she's asexual, nor do I think she is asexual in the first place.

Not quite what my comment was referring to, but I guess it also applies in a way. This is more like I had the feeling a user in particular (IYKYK) would have a really bad take, and lo and behold, that's exactly what I found when checking MDL after waking up lol

I don't even think it's necessarily about inflicting pain alone. He's already an assassin, so it could be his way to cope with it by, once again, being the one in control, and not having his actions dictated by someone else.

I am personally surprised I haven't really seen anyone else talking about it. We know that Bison didn't like not being able to live his life the way he wanted, so him having this small part of his life where he was actually able to be in control of something (even if he didn't have anyone to share it with,) makes perfect sense to me. In my opinion, it also fits fairly nicely with the way he was imagining himself killing Kant, because once again something out of his control happened.

I agree that the entire episode should've been about their jail life and really focused more on the couples yearning for each other. I saw on twitter that they filmed a scene where they were sending each other letters and were imagining being together, but it had to be cut due to time constraints.

As for the BDSM thing, the way I see it, it was Bison's way of having control over something in his life because it was dictated by what Mother wanted him to do, and then it changed a bit after meeting Kant. I do still wish they'd show it a bit more, though, because it's not just something that goes away like that. It's part of Bison. I'd honestly be content with them (especially Kant) just talking about their boundaries in a healthy way, if only just to show that that kind of dynamic is still part of their relationship.
