Omegaverse can change pretty drastically depending on the work. It all depends on how the author wants to portray it. Some focus more on the wolf-y aspects (like this one does), while others don't. I suggest looking more into omegaverse yourself without using AI.

Yes, plus the people that went to the premiere event of Knot said the subs were awful there as well, and that took place before it dropped on iQIYI, so I assume it had the same subs. Not saying that 100% means it's MFlow's own subs, but I'd say it's very likely anyway.
